to practice in Canada? Same things as long as you are internationally educated. You will need to provide license proof in UK to add to you rpractice hours
Hmmmm, have you tried coming in as a PR first with the current certs you have then start to work on transitioning to being licensed in Canada. Like I said you can start the process from back home but there are components you need to be here to do that's when you can apply for a study permit with documents given to you by the bridging program. Does this make sense?

You need to certify you completed the Midwifery program
Midwifery and RN are two different things here so separate schools and governing bodies
As a permanent resident in Canada, do you need an Ielts for this program?

yes. You can get a job as a care aide but maybe not one that will sponsor you to come just when you arrive
