Bonnie had the saddest ending out of everyone. If you look at each one of the main characters endings they are all surrounded by people in some shape or another. Bonnie however ended up alone. She didn’t get to be reunited with her parents like Elena or get to see Enzo again. She just ended alone…
She didn’t go to peace like Enzo she was just. Alone. And tbh it’s good for her she’s leaving her friends who used her but like… still she deserved Enzo but wbk Julie is racist

Matt remained human throughout the show despite dying a couple of times and grew up to the protector of mystic falls. He's the real hero and a true patriot. He honours us with his bravery

Guys, Stefan got his happy end. It may not be with Caroline, but she's immortal, she would have lost him eventually. He died a hero, reunited with Lexi, and his family later on, once they all passed away. He's at peace, and got his happiness. Death isn't necessarily a bad thing, especially if you get to live on in peace.

Klaus Mikaelson the actors and actress are probably tired of acting. They SPEND their 8 years in making the TVD. I barely doubt the actress who plays Caroline would be on the show unless they got nothing to do. I feel like Caroline won't be a big part of the originals because she's a vampire and I still do ship her with Klaus but she has nothing to do their expect bringing her kids to do some magic to help klaus. BUT I do see BONNIE in the originals. I saw the originals for season one but I gave up on the rest because I thought the show would flop , but I'm going to be re watching the show again. But with what I stop watching I know there's lot of witches magic . I'm sure klaus and Bonnie don't have the best friendship but they sure do have history!
You gotta watch originals...in my opinion it's even better than TVD, more action, deeper story, more serious and mature, darker and better plot twists :)

I had the same problem with Bonnie not bringing back Enzo. She literally destroyed hell and created her own heavenly dimension. She also broke Kai's spell on Elena. She brought Jeremy back from the dead. But she doesn't try to bring back Enzo - the love of her life - even when she has a vial of his DNA hanging around her neck. Bull. This is very out of character for her. Guess they ran out of time and couldn't properly show her actually making the decision to not bring him back. What was shown was weak sauce. Enzo's character was intact, but they shortchanged Bonnie's, IMO.

Remember when Caroline showed up in New Orleans looking for Klaus with the twins? Here is my theory : the twins can siphon magic like Kai, remember when Tyler bite him and then Kai siphons the bite and was alright (well until Damon chooped of his head). I think that Caroline and Hayley met and the twins siphoned Elijah's and Kol's bite from Marcel, I also think they solved Freya's and Rebeka's problem. Afterwords Caroline was compelled to forget about everything that happend for safety reason's. That's why in the letter Klaus send to Caroline " I do look foreword in thanking you in person someday...." maybe the reason for thanking her in person is the fact that her daughters saved his family. I hope that's the case. We'll see in The original if my theory is right.

I mean anything could happen and don't ever count stuff out but when the main lead of the originals gets casted for another show as a main lead that's usually not a good sign and they know the show is finished and is moving on to new stuff.

This ending was PERFECT, EPIC, & EVERLASTING!! It left the door open for KLAROLINE, gave Damon & Elena the happy ending with each other & a reunion with their loved ones!!! Bonnie being the quintessential badass (with the help of the Bennett witch bloodline). We got the chance to see EVERYONE we loved throughout the 8 years of TVD!! THANK YOU, JULIE PLEC 😘😘😘😘

mimi nkiere I absolutely love Stefan, and I accidentally forgot to mention his selfless act of love. When it dawned on me that Stefan was the sacrificial lamb tonight (cause I'm so used to it being Bonnie), I literally cried. However, what made this so beautiful was that he reunited with Lexie, BUT, it came at the expense of him leaving Caroline behind. What I loved most about Stefan's reunion with Elena was that they recreated the hallway moment from the very first episode. Honestly, I never imagined it would be Stefan, BUT, it showed the amount of love between him and Damon!!

Very unsatisfied with Bonnie's ending :( I'm sure we all wanted her to live a long human life with Enzo alive and not as a spirit. It's been an amazing 8 years guys, have to admit it.

Everybody colmplains about him,but common,he is one of the most strongest characters,fighting as human und saving his town and people,helping his freinds who have done many horrible things to him and unnable to turn off his feelings,he goes through all the hard times and stays kind and strong.I am happy that at least he has father by his side..Matt you have my love and respect!

People want a "happy ending" for everyone but to me that wouldn't have felt like a TVD goodbye. Sure, Stefan didn't get to live his human life but he did live a long life and in the end he was happy and everyone found peace. I found this to be a very fitting ending. The cemetery scene, opening of the Salvatore boarding school, character cameos and reunions. It was a goodbye but also reference to futures. Hate writers all we want but they did their job well at making us angry, sad, cry, happy and everything in between the past 8 years. #TVDforever
