I use a metal roasting pan from Dollar Tree when I spray anything. No wet cardboard, and really easy to gather up the "droppings." I expect it will last indefinitely.
hello i just wanted you and your mom to know i love to learn from you both ,i watch your mom on tv at night you tube is so awsome for us creative artists ,
Greetings from Montreal. New to your channel. Fascinating! The mason jar of flowers from the wedding sounds wonderful! Thanks for your video. I'm learning a great deal!
Love your altered index cards. What gorgeous additions to a journal or making a greeting card. Love them all. Enjoyed watching your video. Thank you for sharing your project.
How have the flowers held up sealed in the acetate?? My Mom got some flowers sent to her from some family for her BD back in April ...from 1-800-flowers, they were in a box... flowers wrapped in decorated thin acetate, with a BIG Thicker pc around that! It was TOOO GOOD to pass up! My thought was shaker cards for kids. But his gives me other ideas. When your on a STRUGGLING budget & tryin to dig up things that can B Used AS supplies....U look at & scrutinize EVERYTHING for possibilities. Lol 😅
Hello Melina and thank you for such great ideas! This is the first video of yours I have seen and it's doubly enjoyable thanks to your very beautiful accent! (I am from England)
Hello dear friend Looking forward to tonight’s video! 3x5 cards I’m thinking of creating a daily index card Art !! So perfect ! Have a fabulous weekend 🥰
Best video EVER! Just wow! And what a wonderful thing to do with the flowers! I’ll mention that to my future daughter in law ( Alabama) born n raised she will adore that idea! I just asked hubby to check on the ball jars I’ll look through the fabric snips from the girls dresses I made for tops !! Oh dear promised big to be chatty !! These turned our absolutely stunning ! For those with no resources to fresh flowers, try dollar tree in states for bunches of dried flowers also any of the craft big box stores. A bunch goes a long way. I dry my flowers by the stems in my pantry with elastic then paper clips to the wire shelves.
These are absolutely awesome!! I’ve never heard of sharing the bride’s flowers with the guests. What a lovely idea. And you’ll have them preserved in your specimen card! :) Thanks for sharing these ideas!
PErfect for a floral journal I am working on at the moment. I will have to collect some flowers to dry. I did print some dragonflys on printable acetate that I can use, also.
I just picked up a pack of index cards & was wondering how to dye them and there you are, I like the file folders, so I'll be working on them, but will be trying them all, Thank you

Thanks so much! RUclipsrs can't use copyright protected music on their videos without paying lots and lots of money. Ha Ha So the music on my videos are "generic" pieces we can use in our editing program. We have videos up of some of our events on our website www.thepylantfamily.com :)
Love your music that you're playing on this site. Could you tell me what the name of it is? My husband was watching it with me and he really liked it. Thanks

Melina, I love the music you play when you are working through things. Is this your gospel group? Is there somewhere we can hear you sing?
