    Did a sous vide 5lb ribeye roast to 125 and broiler on high till the outside was charred. Absolutely amazing.

    Man I love this video. 120 is crazy. I wish someone near me would let me try this so I don't have to be the guinea pig. Cuz we love the char/smoke flavor. Keep it up tom.

    I still have the Caveman you once reviewed. I ordered from a Menards 11% discount sale. I have to admit that I do not use it often enough with my inexpensive Sous Vide from a Walmart clearance sale. (I once found a bird’s nest in it so I keep it covered or inside now.)
