My Gyber has served me well for a couple years now. Bit of a learning curve with extreme heat but does a great job on 2 dimensional meat, like steaks, burgers, chops etc. but I wouldn't do 3d cooking like a chicken. 1" steaks are done in about 3 - 4 minutes BUT you have to take them off early (95F) for those using probe thermometers because they will drift up real fast and easily overcook. Great searing / char. Bacon fat works better than oils. Highly recommend this toy.
