Another dish is Chikuzen-ni. It’s my 231st RUclips. There are many other konnyaku dishes. I’ll upload them someday. Konnyaku has a kind of peculiar flavor. Do you mean this flavor? I usually season konnyaku thicker than any other ingredients, then it turns delicious! You should try it! Anyway, thank you for your message 😊

Wow! I’ve never made konnyaku block, but they make it by grating konnyaku-imo or konnyaku yam and mix with calcium hydroxide that is a coagulant. Can you get it? Anyway, thank you for message 😊
