I had a 318 2-bbl in a 1968 Monaco. I changed the manifold & carb to a 4-bbl and put dual exhaust on it, it sounded great too. Those pre-1972, pre-emissions 318's made decent power for a small block and sounded nice with a 4-bbl carb and dual exhaust.
