You need not to copy the same, but know your personality and have faith in you and attitude is not to dare wrong. Its your aspect and personality that reflect you. Good work Nitesh..
It was all good until he said he wont put off his style and go against the dressing culture of company and he still hired him. It says a lot about the integrity of the company. Thats where negative reviews are coming from

In today's job market, confidence and honesty are key. When answering interview questions, focus solely on what is asked, avoiding lengthy explanations. Interviewers are already familiar with your background from your resume. It's important to move away from traditional, lengthy responses and adopt a modern, concise approach. Treat the interview like a business meeting with a client, remember you’re trying to sell yourself there, so demonstrating professionalism and efficiency is the key.

0:28
Interviewer said write whatever you want.
Interviewee asked "should it be related...?"
The lesson here could be that 'what you want' shouldn't be what someone else wants or expects of you.
0:55
Discussion about being confident in Java. The interviewer points out that candidates has a Sun certification in Java.
My interpretation is that the interviewee is confident in the certification more than himself. Lesson here could be be your legitimacy should come from your skills before it comes from a paper/exam.
1:23
The interviewee is repeating what the interviewer already knows. It is just established that his name is Mahesh. Contrast this to the last candidate who did not try repeating what was already on the resume.
1:41
This candidate might have spoken to the first candidate. Lesson here is do things your own way, don't imitate others.
1:53
The candidate changed what he wanted to say according to the interviewer's reaction. The lesson here is be forthright in what you want to say. Don't flip so quickly based on other's reactions.
3:27: The good candidate:
He places expectation on the interviewer- "I expect you would have gone through it."
By taking 2 years extra to finish his engineering degree, he proved with actions that he's a hard worker. And he's willing to be confident in his idea rather than the engineering panel's opinions.
Overall the qualities that the ideal candidate displays are a good indication that he will bring value to the company. Someone who can take on responsibility and act with initiative.
