Leah needs to get in touch with the VPD officers instead of just the Chief. VPD officers are all over the community every day, Coffee with a Cop, neighborhood meetings, PAL events, and if you ever do a ride a long you would see officers stopping to engage with people often from playing basketball with kids, to talking with business owners and so much more.
