    Hi, just wanted to know if I have assigned a case to a team. So,all the member of that team can see the case and if any one of them picks up the case then what will be status of case and still that case will be visible to other members of the team or just will be visible to the person who has picked up the case.?

    Do you recommend that every cx interaction be a case? Or only when first contact resolution cannot be had?

    How do you save a view? Keeps jumping back to default. Cases list view filter change.
