    thanks for the video, is it also possible for me to create a case and assign it for my customer?

      I doubt they’ll see this, but this is a good question. I often take calls from our customers who are handicapped and are unable/unwilling to enter a ticket online. Having the ability to create a ticket for them (and adding to them so they’re notified of updates) is a good thing.
