Moody 28 'Spray' for sale

This Moody 28 on sale at £20,000 is one of the smallest of the Bill Dixon designs for Moody, but nevertheless has six berths in three cabins, including a double berth after cabin. She offers modern styling, roomy accommodation for a 28-footer, solid build quality and good though steady handling and performance. Amazing how much room you can fit in a 28-foot boat. This looks like a mini-condo. And the wood selection and joinery work appear first rate.

Whats the fabric like on the seating? Does it hold the moisture, looks lovely but concerned it would be damp and not easy to clean?
