Chinese Garden MRT alight. Friday is good because Penang Laksa only prepared from friday to sunday. Uncle is attentive to detail and food is well prepared.
Food looks absolutely delicious and mouth watering. Mr. Koh puts a lot of love and attention to creating his laksa. I love Penang style assam laksa, no coconut milk. Also, I prefer the Penang white version of char kway teow which is more eye appealing and appetizing, not dark. Mr. Koh uses quality ingredients, individually distinct and the noodles are cooked just right, not overly tossed, soft, broken and mushy. 👍

在1986年,达曼裕廊的咖啡店内,有一档卖槟城叻沙,店主是位胖子,很有个性,还没到七時正不卖,十一時收市还剩下几碗,如果想耍堂吃的,不卖,他提起过叻沙的秘方是他的泰國母親教他做,有幸当年我在达曼裕廊住,有机会吃这美味小食
