Thanks Gemima! I am so grateful to you for helping me with your shopping video last week- it really rounded off my birthday weekend! I visited (my favourite) Liberty and bought some fabric to go with what I’d bought last time (though they didn’t have sew in labels any more) - and on your recommendation bought bagmaking supplies from Fan trimming and absolutely loved MacCullough and Wallis. I had never heard of them before…will certainly go again and include the others you recommend next time I’m here. No time to do more exploring as I packed in the Chanel and Diva exhibitions and Cirque du Soleil so your trends video would be wonderful. I’ve also just bought your bamboo handled bag pattern - I catch my train home in the morning so no time to buy the handles but will hope to find those elsewhere… btw so many beautiful pieces to be inspired by in Liberty! Thanks for generously sharing your tips and thoughts. Would love a book review though not sure I’d have time to read them though recommendations for sewing related blog posts to listen to in the car would be very interesting xxx❤
