Sweet!! I do love this kinds of Harmonies! 0:22 on the clarinet entrance, the harmony given by the Strings, the voicing that evolves from a Bbm6/9/C to the C7b9#11 sounds so Wow! One can even interpret it as a iv(dorian b2)-V7(altered), at the end all the passage is going ii-V or, in chordscale terms, from Dorian to Dominant and variants

@@zqa1623 Piano concertos 4 & 5, Both cello concertos, Double Concerto. Concerto for 11 instruments definitely has a VERY unique sound even for kapustin :)
