Thanks! I'd still say it's a nice shop overall, and if you have "the eye", there are still deals to be found. Definitely a shock though, seeing the changes! 😅💸

I know! I was pretty disappointed the Hofbauer bird vase was so much. I would've grabbed it for sure otherwise. She was a beauty! ☺️💖

Was this before or after they redid the store? They obviously have someone with knowledge marking the pricing - but they're failing to realize that if it's too much $$$ - no one will buy - then they don't make money either!!

This was after they did the reno. There are still some goodies to be found if you hunt and are lucky, but yes, overall the pricing has gotten pretty high and I don't see it being sustainable for a thrift store long term either! People definitely don't buy as much or they wait for the sale days which impacts inventory turnover and ultimately profitability. I still like this store but it's more "for me" shopping now, and I don't come out with bags full like I used to!

I never have! Heading down across the border is on my to do list though. The amount of amazing things I see on the shelves in your stores blows my mind! Hi! I think you mean the flower frogs? They're actually made of heavy cast metal and are for creating floral arrangements! You can either place the spikes directly into the bottom of a flower stem, or place the stems in between the spikes if they're thick enough. I can't add a picture here but on my IG, you can see what little flowers look like in a pot with a spiked frog. Hope that helps and thanks for watching! 😊✌️
