  • The Pangeos is an itinerant floating city, comprising various hotels, shopping centers, parks, ship and aircraft ports, and all other facilities needed to house up to 60,000 guests.
    The terayacht takes its name from Pangea, the supercontinent that existed millions of years ago during the late Paleozoic and early Mesozoic eras.
    Pangeos extends its length for 550 meters (1,800 ft) and measures 610 meters (2,000 ft) at its widest point - the wings.

    There is no question that this thing would not be seaworthy. A storm with waves of more than 10 metres and cross seas would be the end. The construction would tear apart and the remains would be in maritime distress, if not sink immediately. How the heck could 60,000 people be saved? Investors will stay away.

      Isso provavelmente nunca sairia so papel, é algo extremamente nada hidrodinâmico, causaria um arrasto desgraçado na água para mover um troço desses alem do peso
      A estrutura tem que ser extremamente forte e ainda seriam com motores elétricos quais não tem uma autonomia muito boa (hj em dia) alem das baterias teriam que ser enormes iria acrescentar mais peso a embarcação sem contar o fato que aquela desgraça iria ter muita loja, piscina e tudo mais
      É um projeto que não é impossível mas é mais doq provável que NUNCA saira de um grande e idiota modelo 3D

    • @geekflyer77
      @geekflyer77 Год назад +1

      @SleepyFilipy the jets in the video are definitely not VTOLs tho. This just some illogical detail that makes me question the whole feasibility of the rest of the concept. If they're putting physically impossible to land jets on the yacht in the concept who knows what other things in this concept are physically impossible...
