- The Pangeos is an itinerant floating city, comprising various hotels, shopping centers, parks, ship and aircraft ports, and all other facilities needed to house up to 60,000 guests.
The terayacht takes its name from Pangea, the supercontinent that existed millions of years ago during the late Paleozoic and early Mesozoic eras.
Pangeos extends its length for 550 meters (1,800 ft) and measures 610 meters (2,000 ft) at its widest point - the wings.

You'd have to build it slowly, starting with a superstructure and building it up bit by bit. But then - who wants to live on a more or less permanent building site? Other option would be to use a log-jam approach; floating pre-fab bits in as needed and add them to the superstructure like building from modules (like they do in space for the ISS). Not that I've thought about it much...

Why would a place this small need wide open roads and cars? And the jets, how would they land or takeoff if they're not VTOL? Plus the noise and danger of them crashing into the ship. Some of the details seem to be not well thought out. Otherwise it's a great concept. Also, how would this massive ship be powered? Nuclear?
A vessel of similar size requires equally significant propulsion. The engines imagined by Lazzarini are 9 HTS, high temperature superconductors, all electric and capable of delivering 16,800 HorsePower for navigation at 5 knots. The energy required for their operation is 100% renewable. The large fins of the turtle, during navigation, will harness the energy of the sea thanks to a generation system from wave motion. Furthermore, a large part of the Pangeos roof is covered with photovoltaic solar panels.
