The time travel argument is 100% valid.
Both side of the argument tend to forget that Pokemon is more about strategy rather than raw strength. You don't even need more than 20 pokemons to completely demolish. That paired with the fact that Pokemon are capable of following orders and willing to follow orders, something that I don't think would apply to a bunch of lions. I'm willing for the sake of argument say that the lions do not just cannablize each other, but to suggest that there would be any level of strategy or coordination amongst them is absurd. And the thing I've been saving, but also alluding to when I pointed out pokemon's intelligence and willingness to follow orders, is that they have Mewtwo. And I think it is VERY fair and VERY realistic (at least as realistic as one can be when talking about fictitious creatures) to say that Mewtwo is just as smart if not smarter than the average trainer, and capable of running a military operation against a bunch of lions. I've never seen any of these youtubers suggest that the lions should have access to shadow claw, but that's essentially the same logic you're using. Just because it's called "bite" and "crunch" doesn't mean anything with a jaw can use the move. In fact there's plenty of POKEMON that can't use bite and crunch, and 90% of the roster has mouths, some of which are certainly fanged. If random pokemon with similarly carnivorous designs don't have access to the move idk why we give it to lions other than out of pity/sake of argument, which is fine if you're just trying to change the situation for the sake of a fun argument, but kind of tilts the hand as to show that this debate wasn't fair from the beginning. One question I have for this debate that I feel like no one ever asks is: what's stopping certain Pokémon from bringing in reinforcements? I'm primarily talking about Arceus and Hoopa. While you could argue Arceus must make the new Pokémon in eggs, we've seen Hoopa's rings in both the games and anime bringing in Legendary Pokémon from across dimensions. So what's stopping Hoopa from bringing in more reinforcements?
Malamar, Alakazam, Ditto, Clawitzer, Zoroark, Blissey. No legendaries/mythicals, no ultra beasts or paradoxes, not even a pseudo-legend. All you need would probably be this team of six standard pokémon, and it might still be overkill. And if we do use what I didn't? Just. Guzzlord
A max health max special attack boosted by helping hand kyogre uses water spout its way more than enough… It deals damage to all pokemon on the arena, and Spread moves only get weaker by 0.25x, and it doesnt matter if theres 2, 3, 4, or more pokemon on the arena, cause in gen 6 spread moves would spread damage to all 5 pokemon in swarms with the same damage that it would do in a double battle. So kyogre and a pokemon boosting kyogre alone is enough
Yveltal ultranecrozma groudon or Kyogre rayquaza the amount goes up if the pokemon can find items like with the ability I forgot what it’s called and some might accidentally drop and give to others which is a stretch but then if eternatus is around gigantimax might be possible and the two urshifu take em out lapras takes em out surprisingly the smallest gmax in cinderace has a chance if they ride on a flying type just having the ball turn every which way
I still want to know from the lion stans how the lions would hit flying/floating pokemon, especially those who don't need food or water to live like rayquaza or jirachi. Hopefully not the lion ladder.
Lions vs pokemon, pokemon always win. However 1 time a friend of my asked , " who would win, 1 of every pokemon, or the entire U.S.A military" and I was the only 1 on the Pokemons side
Can I be honest here’s the Pokémon’s plan Darkrai flies up and uses Dark void putting all the lions to sleep Turn 1 of sleep Every Pokémon who could use helping hand uses helping hand then All the legendaries use there signature moves or their strongest moves and all the other Pokémon who can’t use helping hand just do damage or just help support the legendaries with like Coaching or something and then the most important part Macargo and the other fire types just use fire moves to burn the lions which not only weakens them but causes them to do less damage and then whoever can uses leech seed use leech seed Rinse and repeat Even when They wake up everyone who can just set up Reflect and Light screen and every Pokémon who can sets up a destiny bond just in case Them BAM Pokémon wins But if If the lions are to fast just set up trick room If by the Lions are really slow set up tailwind to make the Pokémon faster and when it doubt Macargo out The End Pokémon Wins
Also Lions would have the same typing as struggle since even the most basic Pokemon move requires imbuing elemental energy into it including moves like fury swipes, scratch, and cut. Technically speaking all moves would be a variation of a non self damaging struggle.
If were gonna make 1 billion Lion vs 1 Pokemon this surely isnt a debate because of the powerhouse pokemon has like Gardevoir with his black hole, Dialga with Roar of time who can distort the time itself, Palkia with his spacial rend who tear the space itself, Ho-oh sacred fire (Mostly because its was an aoe attack and its burn everyone in the area), Every other legendary pokemon signature move, and alot other move like earthquake, Draco meteor. Smth like slugma’s evolution {I forgot its name} has a Pokédex entry saying that it has a ridiculous temperature. Plus smth like the totem Pokemon and the titans on paldea would kill a bunch of lions. And Hoopa………
No animal will survive him.
eternatus enters...every pokemon there goes dynamax...done
What If every dragon type Pokémon uses Draco meteor the lions be like☄️🔥💥 also all the ground type Pokémon using earthquake electric type Pokémon using thunder water types using surf ice types using blizzard
10:43 yeah I don’t think a MOUSE would beat 1 million lions😅
This same mouse can take attacks that can break steel
9:54 and they are psychic types are inherently smart and have been shown multiple times to be able to communicate through telepathy so they could just use that plan and win thanks to the psychic types carrying
"Pikachu used plot armor he deafeated the lions"
All this is pretty accurate. Counterpoint
Pokémon stats in game are also VERY inaccurate. Like seriously, the fastest pokemon in the world is out speed by a simply tiny boi
Surf, earthquake, blizzard, fissure, sheer cold. Give a majority of the Pokémon those moves specially the weaker unevolved ones these moves and they’ll do better if not win with ease in my opinion
Arceus is GOD
Tyranitar can take a day tour to nepal and reduce the himalayan mountain range into a flatland
Heatran, magcargo, magby, magmortar, slugma, and magcargo are literal magma
Almost all fire types are literally on fire
Dialga and palkia were f***ing up the universe because they look at each other the wrong way
Groudon and kyogre were f***ing up the entire world because they look at each other the wrong way
The bird trio were f***ing up the entire world because they look at each other the wrong way
Literally every steel type pokemon
Literally every rock type pokemon
Too many legendaries (literally just 10 legendaries) just existing in one place literally f***s up the universe
Yveltal dying literally kills everyrhing
Pyroar kills every male lion and takes 30+ lionesses to team pokemon every time
Lugia 40 day storms every flap
Machamp can throw f***ing mountains
Ditto can transform to f***ing GOD!
Mew can transform to f***ing GOD!
Entei barks f***ing volcanoes
All the flying types that mass wipe from the air
The spinda patterns
The billion lions would just attack on night
One question I have for this debate that I feel like no one ever asks is: what's stopping certain Pokémon from bringing in reinforcements? I'm primarily talking about Arceus and Hoopa. While you could argue Arceus must make the new Pokémon in eggs, we've seen Hoopa's rings in both the games and anime bringing in Legendary Pokémon from across dimensions. So what's stopping Hoopa from bringing in more reinforcements?
Spam earthquake and win duh
Malamar, Alakazam, Ditto, Clawitzer, Zoroark, Blissey. No legendaries/mythicals, no ultra beasts or paradoxes, not even a pseudo-legend. All you need would probably be this team of six standard pokémon, and it might still be overkill. And if we do use what I didn't? Just. Guzzlord
Ok, a billion is a lot, on the other hand, Oblivion Wing
Some pokemon + Harvest + leppa berry + earthquake or magnitute = W
"Golem used explode he killed 200M lions"
You got new Sub
A max health max special attack boosted by helping hand kyogre uses water spout its way more than enough…
It deals damage to all pokemon on the arena, and Spread moves only get weaker by 0.25x, and it doesnt matter if theres 2, 3, 4, or more pokemon on the arena, cause in gen 6 spread moves would spread damage to all 5 pokemon in swarms with the same damage that it would do in a double battle. So kyogre and a pokemon boosting kyogre alone is enough
Yveltal ultranecrozma groudon or Kyogre rayquaza the amount goes up if the pokemon can find items like with the ability I forgot what it’s called and some might accidentally drop and give to others which is a stretch but then if eternatus is around gigantimax might be possible and the two urshifu take em out lapras takes em out surprisingly the smallest gmax in cinderace has a chance if they ride on a flying type just having the ball turn every which way
HOWEVER 1 billion lions is a lot of lions
Not enough
*Hoopa spams Hyperspace Fury and keeps opening new universes*
Can you do every Pokémon vs. every Digimon at one point, please?
the digimon would win
@herotrapinch9232 True, I just learned more about Digimon, Pokémon dones't stand a chance, no offense of course
I still want to know from the lion stans how the lions would hit flying/floating pokemon, especially those who don't need food or water to live like rayquaza or jirachi. Hopefully not the lion ladder.
6:07 Me looking at Tyranitar and hydreigon with Draco meteor earthquake rockslide, and heat wave surf and both with dark pulse….
11:17 thunderbolt that charges himself as well
Electrode use self destruct *looks up* *sees a nuke*
Mimikyu lifts his up his pickachu costume thing lions look at Mimikyu lions die end of debate
“Wont they run out of pp” i think 8 eruptions is more than enough for 1b lions
What is 1 billion lions gonna do when Macargo pull up
The ultra beast be like(mainly guzzlord): yum Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum
Every single Pokemon should be capable of taking down at least one lion.
Jirachi can just wish to kill all the lions.
00:04 Ayo what Is he doing to the Pokémon..💀
I'm just thinking of multi-target moves like earthquake and surf, they'd hit everything and the damage would add up quick
Lions vs pokemon, pokemon always win. However 1 time a friend of my asked , " who would win, 1 of every pokemon, or the entire U.S.A military" and I was the only 1 on the Pokemons side
There are pokemon that can wipe out planets!
Literally arceus:am I a joke to you
Can I be honest here’s the Pokémon’s plan
Darkrai flies up and uses Dark void putting all the lions to sleep
Turn 1 of sleep Every Pokémon who could use helping hand uses helping hand then All the legendaries use there signature moves or their strongest moves and all the other Pokémon who can’t use helping hand just do damage or just help support the legendaries with like Coaching or something and then the most important part Macargo and the other fire types just use fire moves to burn the lions which not only weakens them but causes them to do less damage and then whoever can uses leech seed use leech seed
Rinse and repeat
Even when They wake up everyone who can just set up Reflect and Light screen and every Pokémon who can sets up a destiny bond just in case
Them BAM Pokémon wins
But if
If the lions are to fast just set up trick room
If by the Lions are really slow set up tailwind to make the Pokémon faster
and when it doubt Macargo out
The End Pokémon Wins
Man I love this video 😂😂
Also Lions would have the same typing as struggle since even the most basic Pokemon move requires imbuing elemental energy into it including moves like fury swipes, scratch, and cut. Technically speaking all moves would be a variation of a non self damaging struggle.
Can’t the rayquaza just use Draco meter
If were gonna make 1 billion Lion vs 1 Pokemon this surely isnt a debate because of the powerhouse pokemon has like Gardevoir with his black hole, Dialga with Roar of time who can distort the time itself, Palkia with his spacial rend who tear the space itself, Ho-oh sacred fire (Mostly because its was an aoe attack and its burn everyone in the area), Every other legendary pokemon signature move, and alot other move like earthquake, Draco meteor. Btw sorry if this was confusing bcz english is not my first language (I couldnt talk freely because i dont understand much about english)
This is an execution 😂💀
