FENUGREEK SEEDS - 1/2 TSP
CUMIN SEEDS - 1 TSP
CORIANDER SEEDS - 2 TBS
RED DRY CHILLI - 10 ct
Ingredients and Measurements for Sambar
Small Onion - 10 ct
Tomato - 1 ct
Carrot - half
Potato - half
Egg Plant - 1
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Mustard - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Coriander - few, finely chopped
Asafoetida - ¼ teaspoon
Salt - 2 tablespoons (or as per your taste)
Tamarind paste - 1 and half tbsp
Toor Dal - 3/4 cup
Water - as required
