Namaskar sir, I watched this video yesterday n made ur method of instant Sambhar today...i was not expecting it would come out so tasty without adding Sambhar masala...very easiest n instant way to make tastiest Sambhar. Although I am fond of veggies in Sambhar so I added them along with little methi(fenugreek seeds) while cooking onion-tomatoes . And OMG....without any tamarind/lemon it came out super delicious. My mother liked it so much that she has asked me to make Sambhar with this method only. Thanks for sharing this recipe..👏👏👏👏👏👌👌😊😊

After grinding do you allow batter to ferment before steaming idli or directly steam after grinding
