Stock B20 and a $500 ebay turbo kit = 300 wheel HP. Can't complain with that in such a little car. Nice build, great videos. Builds like this can show people that you can put together a fun street car that's surprisingly quick without dumping a ton of money into it.
Always been into bikes. Occasionally I’ll look at some “hyper car” or “super car” videos. Don’t see much humility just people with a lot of money “stuntin”. This video hits closer to home. This just seems more real than Bugatti this and Lamborghini that.

@@yessiryousir hes killed one, and theyve killed 2 total on the channel but they lasted years, by kyle (boosted boiz) run those ebay turbos on everything! his 9 second hatch, and 700 hp minivan, hes been 2 years + on his replacement ebay turbos at over 600+ hp, not an easy mile on them, some ebay turbos are crap, but there are some that hold up.
@@nategaudette4228 I think more the point I was trying to make is, just because it's cheap and ebay doesn't mean it's bad. Kyle and those boys all thrash TF outta those cars, this is gonna be Justins daily or an occasional car, not 700hp or AWDs, getting road tripped thousands of miles then thrown into 9 second drag racers and driven home again thousands more miles... all on an ebay turbo.

man there's so many guy's that I know that are to scared to do anything to there cars the same way I used to be. It's so awesome to see people who just go for it and create what they want just because they want it. Not many people can get over the "fear" factor so to say in building cars and seeing you build this civic really inspires me to start another build that is truly my build and not something so many other people, shops, ext have had there hands on. Props brother keep up the good content, you're truly inspiring people.

I HAVE to say your 1 of the most likable guys on youtube, i subbed when you started the conversion as you showed EVERYTHING and why things had to be like they were . Now i have bn tuning the Classic mini since i was 13 years young with an older gent who became my best friend who got me my first job in the garage he worked at but i have only just got into the Honda V-TEC engines and wow what a surprise i;ve had and just bought a mint 2004 Civic type R K20a2 so your chanel has given me a realy good insight into what can be done to these Cars/engines for not that much money. Bro I'm actually so happy for you. Couldn't stop smiling when i was watching this. I just randomly saw one of the turbo build videos in my recommended and decided to watch it. I love that your are so humble and your keeping it so real. I've always liked Honda's, but i never realized you could make such high horsepower from such cheap parts. I'm only 19 now and don't have the money to do anything like this (insurance is crazy high for new drivers here in Ireland) but in a few years time I'm definitely building a turbo civic, probably an EK9. Keep it up man, love the content, you got yourself a new subscriber.

Gives me hope that I can do something with my '06 Civic LX coupe. With a new kid and student loans... I can't necessarily afford to pour cash into it... And my wife would probably not understand the $5000 credit card bills. My work car is my daily driver, so I think I actually have a shot at piecing something together.

Awesome video! My dad retired and donated is 2006 cobalt base 2dr 2.2L 5sp. He bought it new and drove it 120 miles a day to work and back so it has 200,000 highway miles. Didn’t want to do anything with it but after watching your video. I have decided I green light project Cobalt and turn this boring car to something just as fun as the Mustang I sold to buy my family a house !!!! Great job on the build!!!!!
