It uses pushrods to operate the over head valves, and still has the small round plug, seen at 3:22, near the bottom of the left side of the cylinder barrell just like the old Honda CG. This engine also uses a centrifugal oil filter, that is seen being fitted at 2:15, which Honda also fitted on many of their small four stroke engine designs.

Cylinder head is tighten with air impact wrench. Enough automotive engineering for the day.
As if this was the only problem. I guess what you get is what you pay for.
