What size clutch is this I have been looking for over a week and can’t find the assembly I ordered a 5 disc it’s 130mm diameter on the gear but still won’t fit any leads would be much appreciated 😅
I'm sorry I missed this question! This opening is for crankcase ventilation. The first reason is if you have too much oil in the engine. Don't overfill the engine. The second reason is worn out piston rings piston and cylinder. The gasses pass thru the piston rings and push the engine oil out. The top end need to be rebuild.

i got a question.i have a zongshen 250cc with 1 reverse gear and 4 forward gears but is is realy lacking gears. driving around 80 km/h is with realy high rpm and uncomfortable so i want to change the gears to a 6 speed. would that be posible? are the gears from different blocks interchangable?

Not possible, because the engine case is different and there is no water pump.

what kind of socket did you use to remove the nut on the round gear next to the clutch basket. Mine has a round nut with square slots in it.
I think it's a-2355 part number (here in nz) 22mm castle socket

Ambreiajul cablului poate necesita lubrifiere

Ai uzat roata dințată. Daca ai experienta o poti repara, daca nu ai experienta iti poti cumpara un motor nou.

have same engine but cant get it to run , it sparks but wont fire up and has fuel
Clean the carburetor and check the compression.
carbs cleaned , blew all the jets out fully stripped the carb and rebuilt it , its getting fuel thre carb but not starting
