It's not as much discipline as you might think, he's talked about it many times in various ways, but it's your body adjusting/making a habit of something, and it then becomes effortless, your body craves what you might think is difficult today in your life. My last example of this in my own life is when I eat unhealthy food over christmas, my body gets filled with sugar and a ton of calories, and it's very difficult to go back to a lower calorie intake without sugar, but 2-3 weeks into my low calorie diet, I don't want anything sugar at all, I can serve family and friends cookies and snacks without even feeling any temptation at all to even taste it, at that point there's no discipline involved at all. What Bryan is doing is the same thing, but through many aspects of his day and life, we humans are amazing at adapting to new circumstances and environments.
It is not a discipline or self contol if you don't want to be in somewhere else doing something else. You does not need self control to do habits, you just do it. Breaking a habbit needs self control.
@@MeltedMaskwhat if you don't want to do the habit but absolutely must do the habit or you'll die? For example, with kidney failure you may need to drink only 750ml per day regardless of how much ypu want to drink. What is that person called by not drinking when their body craves it?
Just got diagnosed with terminal brain cancer at 34. Totally healthy, just had a headache at the gym and now I’ve got like 15 months. Surgery tomorrow. Life is what it is. No cancer in the family. I run miles every week and body build. Live your life. I’m moving to Thailand.
What I like is that Bryan is doing the most extreme version of this so we can all see what works and what to focus on. Great inspiration as we start 2025.
@@razrfalconrazrfalcon686the most important things are the pillars. Sleep exercise water and food. If you do those things very well you are easily in the top 5 percent of humanity. Probably closer to one eprcent
@@razrfalconrazrfalcon686 True, it would be hard to control for variables, but that would be true even if he was only doing one thing, seeing as genetic variations gives you a few THOUSAND different variables you cannot control for. I, for example, function best on ketogenic diets as my body has a particular dislike for carb heavy foods (still unsure why, probably gluten or oxylate or something). If my carnivore diet got me to live to 130 years old, that wouldn't mean it would work for everyone. My body just functions best like this. You can reasonably make some conclusions based on his routine, though. I would argue that applying vitamin C to his skin is likely doing nothing as applying anything beyond an oil based sealant to the face isn't going to do much for complexion or skin health (imo). It's more likely that specific wave length exposure would lend itself to skin health over vitamin C inclusion. My diet is naturally very low on vitamin C, and yet all related blood markers are clean, showing that your body can adapt to defficiency and maintain function without compromising health, so long as your diet choices are smart. One thing you could try doing that I've been doing for the last few months is supplementing carotenoids. I supplement lycopene and astaxanthin as these compounds accumulate in your subcutanious fat and can provide provable UV protection to you skin. It also makes you look slightly more full of life than this guy's vampire aesthetic.
People hate on him because he doesn't look that young but I can tell he's optimizing his given genetics. If he didn't do anything he would look way older but its unfair comparing him to people with better genetics. He's optimizing his genetic potential and we should all be thankful
People just want stuff to criticize on, even if it’s irrelevant. I don’t remember how old he is, but to me, he gives me this feeling that he’s a guy in his early 30s, so relaxed and yet mature (plus the amazing skin), even though 30 years old is closer to his son’s age.
If he got a beard, died his hair dark brown and got a slight tan he would look his bio age! I think because he’s optimizing everything he needs to be bare to show results. I don’t get the criticism although I don’t like that he blasphemes against Christianity. That’s a recipe to die lol
You may do all of those things, but you could still have all kinds of emotional stresses and mental disorders you would never dare to show as an influencer. These stresses may well have you age faster, despite all your healthy routines and protocols. It could just be OCD disguised as ultimate health. One may also hypnotize himself with this otherwordly, perfect lifestyle to cover one's anxieties, the fear of inevitable death and whatnot. But that won't resolve them. After all, you are still going to die, and you don't know when, either. This will stay the same. Make no mistake, his routine is mechanical, it's based on disciplined repetition. Though he may do many different things throughout the day, it's all wrapped up in a pattern which he repeats. Mechanical repetitiveness can make you dull and insensitive, it will do the exact opposite of having you face your inner demons and repressed afflictions and so forth. I am not saying this is the case for this guy. But this level of perfectionism can be very unhealthy in many ways for people who try to take it as an example.
The Media really tried to portray Bryan as a Bad and Crazy guy when this all started but here he is providing all this information to us for free so we can also extend our lives, Respect ❤
good health is proper excersice and an organic diet.. Brian is a lunatic who thinks we are god.. he literally said a few days ago on national TV there is no god.. F this Brian loser
There are millions of consultants out there on earth. Some of them do tell nonsense or try to sell their stuff. Bryan is kinda the first person i do truly believe to be trusted when it comes to health. Its so grounded and transparent. I will try to add some of his habbits to my own.
Bryan can be Trusted? You are aware that his products line are NOT Non-GMO labeled right? He’s not being honest because those Blueprint products have GENETICALLY MODIFIED “organisms,” (that damage DNA), just like any other product/supplement out there 😂
@@suzque63 And what should make me believe that you are telling me the truth? It could be true, could be fake, your comment could be ai generated. Show me the source of your statement. @@kooroshrostami27 he also publishes the information on how to put your own together if you have the time and inclination, or you can buy his stuff if you don't have the time or inclination, as far as the suppliments industry goes, Bryan seems to be an honest actor here in this space, he's already wealthy enough to fund his experiment and he's sharing it with the world and providing a shortcut for those who would rather buy some products rather than put them together himself. I looked into it to try to figure out if it's some suppliment grift but I don't believe that this is the case here.
Hey Bryan, I wanted to sincerely express my gratitude for everything you do. Blueprint does not just aim to make us immortal but has also grown an amazing community. The people following "Don't Die" are lovely and supportive. Thank you so much! You're not a grifter, but a gifter.
Seriously. At one point in my life, it consistently took an hour (plus or minus 30 minutes) and sometimes 3 hours. They gave me drugs, but it’s amazing how much more effective daily exercise, nutrition, and (abandoning my father’s expectations of societal success) have helped more.
It’s easy to think “how is he so disciplined!?” when you don’t perceive every activity Brian is doing every day as a step towards the goals that you have in *your* life. Being “disciplined” doesn’t require as much willpower when you perceive everything you do in life as a step towards the goals that you want to achieve. -“when our tasks are aligned with our core motivations, we often need less willpower because we feel naturally pulled forward.” Best of luck to everyone reading this who wants to change their life for the better.
@@MisterImmortalSnail Yeah, but he says he doesn't want to die, and yet he can't escape that fate. He also doesn't know at what time death strikes. Just as you and me.

I can't believe that i've been doing this same routine for almost 2years now. Been doing Intermittent fasting for 2 straight years and never missed a day. I thought i was the only one having my first meal around 6-7am after a fasted workout and last meal for the day around 11am-12nn. Goes to bed around 7pm-8pm and sleeps really fast as soon as i lie down and wakes up around 4am-5am. I'm 37 yrs old feeling 10years younger. Your work here confirms that what I'm doing is on the right path.

I’ve been doing some of these things for the past couple months now. I’m only 22 and see a major change in mood and energy. I’m in college and work full time so my time and money is pretty limited, but meditating, doing proper stretching and yoga, and exercising everyday has caused amazing change in my life so far. I was gifted a sleep tracker for Christmas and love monitoring it and noticing improvements by making small changes throughout the day.
The media and journalists tried hard to make him look crazy in the headlines etc, but it takes just watching one interview to see how serious, genuine, real and honest he is 🙏🙏🙏
I can't spend 2 million a year, BUT I am following as close as possible with the means I have! I am loving this, I am already feeling better, watching my posture, while driving, eating super clean and buying as much as I can non plastic items, all organic, I will slowly change out everything I have! Thank you Bryan, this past week, binge watching your videos has given me amazing motivation!
You’re doing amazing! You seem like a great person and people that have bad things to say are just unhappy with their life. You can tell you actually enjoy what you do. ❤
I’m 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I’ll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial masque which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion. There is an idea of a me. Some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me. Only an entity. Something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours, and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable, I simply am not there.
It can be a challenge to fully enjoy life. There is a woman named Teal Swan who has a lot of videos on integration getting in touch with your feelings ad relationships. I hope you enjoy her amazing , life changing insights. She gives exercises to heal yourself. May the blessings be. 🙏
People will say Bryan can only live this way due to his wealth.. the thing is if you had his wealth you STILL wouldn’t be following his protocol, just relax and use the knowledge Bryans shared to better yourself.
I mean, they’re not wrong though. This is only possible due to his wealth. That’s not a criticism of him, just a fact. And I’d say that the vast majority of people would simply never want to live this lifestyle even if they could.
You are an inspiration to us all Brian! Thanks to you me and my family are eating healthier, exercising and have regulated sleeping patterns. I can´t thank you enough for all the good you are doing
they are gimmicks. i'm sure he gets his composition measured by more expensive equipments on the regular considering how much equipment he has at home!
"I am the healthiest person in the world" is a bit out there, without everyone in the world being measured. Plus, with a grain of salt, because I don't know if true, but someone talked about Bryan finishing 3rd or was it 4th in a contest, where some people were measured on speed of aging.

Awesome stuff Boner Johnson! The last fluids consumed @ 1600hrs is the first I've come across in your content since following you a couple years ago. I am up every night at least once to use the washroom. Any chance you could do a video on hydration and how one can ensure they've had enough to drink while enforcing a cut off time well before bedtime? Keep up the awesome work!
Yes, a video or some form of education about you hydration would be excellent. I too am trying to balance too little and too much, and I don't know when to stop drinking water.

@moonrisestudiosco - cup of protein powder with nuts and berries= 30 gram - second meal 80 grams of lentils with veggies = 25-30 gram - third meal= should be like the second one, but even if we give him here 40 grams - total= 100 gram
@@BenjaminBanklin69 he drinks protein powder with collagen peptides, which also have around 11g of protein if I remember correctly. Note you can just go to his website where the protocol he follows is listed in detail.
I think if we are honest the first step in this protocol is to acquire enough wealth or personal freedom in some manner that a person actually wants to live rather than merely tolerate life. That’s the tough bit. Getting fit is easy.
I don't really see the point of living an utterly rigid mechanical routine, just to live for 10 or 20 years more and still die at the end of a bland, mechanical life, almost like a robot. Doesn't make sense to me.
This is super interesting, and you're a champ for publishing everything. The Netflix documentary is great and you come across very relatable. When I first heard about your project it sounded crazy and made you sound crazy, but after watching your recent videos and documentary all those initial impressions were dispelled. The three levels of protocols from your doctor are interesting, and you have inspired me to take on level 1 for 2025. Hey Bryan, I really admire your dedication and how much effort you’re putting into optimizing your health! It’s inspiring to see someone pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with longevity. I do think all of this will help extend your life and improve your quality of living, but from what I’ve learned, aging at the cellular level - like telomere shortening - is something that’s tough to fully overcome. It seems like even with all the therapies, becoming the oldest person to ever exist might still be out of reach for now. But regardless, what you’re doing will probably get you much further than most, and that’s really impressive!
I am have been one of your loyal followers now for a long time. I started following you first, then got my husband involved. We buy Blueprint products when finances allow. The comment I am leaving today is about this video you just made and the Netflix Documentary. In mine and my husband’s opinion, we believe this video you just made is of far superior quality of production and content. We were both so excited for your Netflix Documentary; marking our calendar for the big day. We have been so excited to get our 20 year old grandson involved with your movement. He had joined us in switching over to vegan several months ago. My husband is a very good cook and we have had zero problems moving from meat-based to vegan. Our only issue is my daily ice cream cone! Hah. So as I said we were so excited to sit down as a family to watch your documentary. Unfortunately it had the total and complete opposite effect on our grandson. And we also didn’t care for the documentary. The quality and the storyline the documentarian chose was off putting. The quality of the videos you make for RUclips are of FAR SUPERIOR quality and content than what Netflix provided. So this makes me go right back to a saying from our older generation, actually a quote from Napoleon Bonaparte. Which is; “If you want a thing done well, do it yourself.” Bryan you have much success with not just one company, but several. You will always care much more about your companies, your life’s work, than anyone else on this planet. Be careful with whom you put your trust into. In deepest care, Ray and Tamara
I saw the documentary movie just released on Netflix, People throw hate on you, but i really admire the robust discipline you keep without getting distracted from it. You are actually contributing to anti-aging science and letting ignorants know what potential we have. Philosophically, i can see you look satisfied, too. More strength to you.

I absolutely love Bryan and I think other than his son, I will be the only person who will actually able to beat him in the long term. I have never partied, never drank alcohol, never smoked, never did drugs. I have been working out every single day for the last nine years, and I've been following his routine for the last 2 years. In addition to that, I workout for about 3 to 4 hours every single day. And I have done two 7 days water fast every single year for the last two years. Let's see how far we can go to reach the true potential of the human body. Thanks, Bryan.
I love watching this movement take hold, Im on board and my life has changed so dramatically. I hope to someday stand with you at an event or work to help Dont Die reach more people.
"I am the healthiest person on planet earth" - yyyh, and you know this how? You measured other 7 billion humans and compared your data? This is why it's so hard for me to take Bryan seriously - he makes a lot of sense, is smart, driven and reasonable and then suddenly says some bullshit like this...
I agree. Its hard to make that claim. But lets assume all the measurements he takes are accurate and reflective of health. If he had the best numbers in all categories, would he not, by definition be the healthiest person on earth? Like claiming to be the fastest object in the universe when you are going the speed of light... Speed of light is the fastest.. So you are the fastest thing in the universe.
You live the healthiest life I have ever seen! And you look good, And clearly feel good too! I feel like this is the best life you can have, Because from the start of the day until the end, You are feeling the best that you can do!
Would be amazing if you could do a video about your mindset. About how to make progress, how to deal with difficulties, how to deal with losses etc. I had an SMMA a year ago and made 40k as an 18 year old yet fell pretty hard on the ground and feel kind of paralyzed sometimes. Would love to hear from you.
People sometimes criticize Bryan about his routine and goals, calling him extreme, a vampire... Yes, he is very rich, and the typical person cannot do 1/4 of what he is doing, but, nevertheless, this man is using his fortune to advance human knowledge in one of the most important matters there is while sharing every detail of this process. Even if we cannot do replicate it. we can learn and apply many of these details to our daily lives. Thanks Bryan Johnson
I LOVE what bryan is doing, but perfectly healthy people drop dead every day. Health is not a mark of not dying. Death will come to everything, even the planet. For we were all dead, before we were given life, and we will die again. And be given life again. 🌳
They’re not perfectly healthy if they’re just dropping dead, by definition. That just means they thought they were healthy but there was some health condition that killed them that they didn’t know about.
The amount of self discipline it takes to maintain this protocol without allowing life to get in the way is insane. It’s apparent that every bit of success you have is earned. Much respect 🙏

People hate him for various reasons… I appreciate his work, but as he said, his work is actually blueprint. All these are part of his commercial enterprise… every post he made is engineered by his marketing team to make him come across as likable. Granted that what he preaches is sound - good sleep, nutrition and exercise. But it’s still just another commercial entity, and worse, is that he is building a cult around it. With people revering him - I think that’s what get him the haters as people who disagree don’t think he’s worth the hype and love.

I love that my work (gardening/landscaping) is healthy exercise in itself. So two things are optimized: work and exercise all in one activity. And there is no part of my day where I stand in front of a screen for hours (that can't be healthy) When I work I hide my whole body from the sun, each day. I've been doing this 20 years, I usually pass for being 5 to 10 years younger. Most people I know who work in this domain all look younger than their age. So maybe it's a health factor to consider: what work do you spend your time doing?

You are now claiming you will live to 200+. I think things will get interesting once you reach an age of 80+ where decline really starts kicking in. Til then I only see empty words with little proof. Sure, you monitor you age of organs and stuff and try to keep it all young. But let's see how you will act in 30+ years. I think this is all still way too theoretical to have that claim.
He's not being spiteful. It's true. As of now, Johnson is just a very healthy guy in his 40s-50s. Nothing we haven't seen before. How he looks and feels in his 70s-80s will determine how successful this experiment has been.
I hope one day we will have a Bryan Johnson who will try the carnivore/lion diet and will measure his biomarks. From my experience I can say that I'm pretty sure you can achieve the same or even better results. Anyway, good luck!

It's called obsessive
What I like is that Bryan is doing the most extreme version of this so we can all see what works and what to focus on. Great inspiration as we start 2025.
You will die if you do what he does. You will die younger. This has been seen over and over in medical history.
we wont get to see what works because he does so many things that you don't know which factor is for his improvement and which isn't
@@razrfalconrazrfalcon686so true
You know what, you actually make an excellent point. You've changed my views on him. Cheers👏
I mean the man is almost 50 🎉
The Media really tried to portray Bryan as a Bad and Crazy guy when this all started but here he is providing all this information to us for free so we can also extend our lives, Respect ❤

There are millions of consultants out there on earth. Some of them do tell nonsense or try to sell their stuff. Bryan is kinda the first person i do truly believe to be trusted when it comes to health. Its so grounded and transparent. I will try to add some of his habbits to my own.

Falling asleep 1-3 minutes after getting to bed is diabolical
Why?
True. It takes me 20-30 minutes to fall asleep.
Maybe I should try this stuff more
if u want to fall asleep rly fast, then u should workout enough und meditate before sleep. i need 10sec-3min to fall asleep
Low key feels superhuman tbh
Seriously. At one point in my life, it consistently took an hour (plus or minus 30 minutes) and sometimes 3 hours.
They gave me drugs, but it’s amazing how much more effective daily exercise, nutrition, and (abandoning my father’s expectations of societal success) have helped more.
Simple & straight to the point. Awesome breakdown 👍🏼
Such an inspiration!
-“when our tasks are aligned with our core motivations, we often need less willpower because we feel naturally pulled forward.”
Best of luck to everyone reading this who wants to change their life for the better.

Let's see Paul Allen's morning routine.
Ballance is a fool's way.

But regardless, what you’re doing will probably get you much further than most, and that’s really impressive!
man you are amazing

I've been doing this 20 years, I usually pass for being 5 to 10 years younger. Most people I know who work in this domain all look younger than their age. So maybe it's a health factor to consider: what work do you spend your time doing?
Thank you for such a great video. It’s exactly what I needed.
Just saw your Netflix documentary, gave it a slow clap at the end. You’re an excellent dude my guy!
Also 2 hours of friggin REM ans 2 hours of deep sleep sounds like a dream, no pun intended
The food he shows in these videos always looks so good.
Lol 😂😂😂😂
Its a stretch to call it food.
@@priuss6109yet you call McDonald’s food?
watching Bryan's video has helped me put down the junk food 😂
Dude these fingers at 3:40 😲
He stated in a previous video that he and his son sometimes paint their nails for fun :)
Bryan, thank you for sharing. I am following you.
I perform my own protocol, which is more simple.
I got some gold of reversing edge.
I think it's a good idea to add to your program: "During the slipping time, use an air concentrator to breathe.
Kind regards
I noticed you don't listen to music(or at least don't wear airpods/headphones) is there a reason for that?

It makes his ears fat

Please make a recipe book. People need variety. Get some chefs together, make them use all your ingredients, could even create a show out of it to see how creative they can go.
Keep up the great work, Bryan! Love your Blueprint Stack! ruclips.net/video/QW35-GmF__k/видео.html
Truly amazing. We need people like Bryan to push our species forward. Keep going and congratulations on being a super healthy. You are an inspiration.❤
Spiteful NPCs like julian here will always try and impede progress/advancements of all kinds.
I loled, yes you are right, this evil npc thinks their diet of Doritos and hotdogs will let them live just as long as Brian.
@@maleficentcoryphee3262 We will see if Brayn will literally life up to his claims
He's not being spiteful. It's true. As of now, Johnson is just a very healthy guy in his 40s-50s. Nothing we haven't seen before. How he looks and feels in his 70s-80s will determine how successful this experiment has been.
One of the few times you’ll see an older man experience true peace. It’s so great to watch.
I hope one day we will have a Bryan Johnson who will try the carnivore/lion diet and will measure his biomarks. From my experience I can say that I'm pretty sure you can achieve the same or even better results. Anyway, good luck!
no lol
We do have a carnivore Bryan Johnson. Its the liver king

1:59 Interesting because in a blog post at things-that-make-you-age-faster-and-slower it says that hyperbaric oxygen therapy HBOT was a large average effect but a statistically insignificant one.
yes, and he admitted it in one of his video (It was a collab with some youtuber)
Just saw Brian's documentary, what a lovely, lovely man. Just awesome. Trying to leave a religious sect as well. All the best to you Bria. Well done!
I admire your determination and discipline and LOVE your exercise room (like being right in the forest). I know people will probably say I should mind my own business, but I feel your final frontier will be no longer coloring your hair!
dude u are crazy❤
I think the real key here is you do something you are passionate about.
No way people working a job they hate could stick to this.
This is the best video by Bryan so far. Everything condensed in just under 6min
