They actually fixed the ending in some video game they released, so now you have two endings! I guess the logic is 'alternate universes' or something like that, branch realities. You have the depressing ending and then one where Ashi lives now! I actually was really hurt and sad at the original ending too, since I saw a lot of Jack's struggle in my own, you just want love and affection but can't get it because you're surrounded by demons and then in the end, when it seems like you have, it dies.
Watched this many, many times and I still get chills man. Now whenever I want to introduce my friends to the show, I show them this instead of the trailers and they get SO hyped. Beautiful and elegant. I am truly a fan of this work of art

It’s literally wayyyy better than actual trailers for movies or shows made today(that’s how bad they are lol) I’m impressed by this, I’m actually currently making a samurai jack edit and saw looking to see what other people made of this. Perfect is the way to sum up the video.
Just found this video and by God, it's amazing. The song fits the tone of the final series so much, the cuts give enough away to get you invested without spoiling and most of all, it's just a visual spectacle as the art style of this show even without the nostalgia is exceptional

What makes a Good amv (in my opinion) is how well the Clips are edited when spliced with the music, It hurts my soul when someone finds random clips and just Slaps the music on there and call it done, But This Is Grade A+ Awesome :)

But it just saddens me a little how they are all coming out before the season is really over and there are are plot elements and bits of footage that will not be appearing on these videos.
