If the politicians arent upto the mark it means that the masses who voted arent upto the mark. Which means, educated like us should be more proactive.

5.) Keeping these things in mind, probably GHMC internal rules lo, who ever is speaking must stand ani unnattu undi (i must confirm) since such a rule exists, the corporator has pointed out the same and thus the officer immediately complied as suggested by the mayor.
6.) The above point is an inference, which many half brain idiots arent able to understand. The officers are very egoistic, they wouldnt comply if such a rule doesnt exist.

ఒకసారి గమనిస్తే మేయర్ దగ్గర, కమిషనర్ దగ్గర, సభికులందరి దగ్గరా మైకులు ఉంటాయి సమావేశాల్లో, ఆన్ ఇంకా ఆఫ్ స్విచ్చులు ఉంటాయి ఆ మైక్రోఫోన్స్ కి. ప్రసంగం మధ్యలో మాట్లాడ కూడదు, కానీ సమావేశంలో ఎక్కడి వారక్కరడ కూర్చునే తమ మైక్రోఫోన్ ఆన్ చేసుకుని సందేహాలు వెళ్ళ బుచ్చ వచ్చు.
ఈ సమావేశాల్లో నిల్చుని మాట్లాడితే మైక్రో ఫోన్ కోసమై ముందుకు వంగి మాట్లాడాలి. అదే కూర్చొని మాట్లాడితే ఎటువంటి అసౌకర్యం ఉండదు.
మనం ఈ కొత్త వాటికి అలవాటు పడాలి. కూర్చుని మాట్లాడటం అగౌరవం అనుకోవడం పాత కాలపు లక్షణం. ఇక్కడ విషయం ముఖ్యం. భేషజాలు కాదు.

Important points here
1.) Corporators might be rude or uneducated. But those corporators came from people, which means the people are like that. Politicians are a reflection of the masses.
2.) Whether coporators are educated or not, they "represent" the public. That is democracy. The bureacracy is a machinery through which the execution of the legislative politicies are carried out.
3.) I see a comment saying GHMC Mayor and commissioner are equals. Here if we keep aside the fact about egos, by default if we keep bureacrats equal to politicians, ours will no longer be a democracy ( rule of people) but a dictatorship, because the Officers would no longer be accountable to us. We have to rely on the integrity ( vari daya dakshinala paina) instead of a system.
4.) This small logic unfortunately we miss and start romanticising IAS, IPS. We must understand that politicians are the people who are actually voicing our democratic rights. If the politicians arent upto the mark it means that the masses who voted arent upto the mark. Which means, educated like us should be more proactive.
5.) Keeping these things in mind, probably GHMC internal rules lo, who ever is speaking must stand ani unnattu undi (i must confirm) since such a rule exists, the corporator has pointed out the same and thus the officer immediately complied as suggested by the mayor.
6.) The above point is an inference, which many half brain idiots arent able to understand. The officers are very egoistic, they wouldnt comply if such a rule doesnt exist.
Someone told mayor her to stand from the group.

అదే విధంగా కొందరు ప్రజా ప్రతినిధులు వాళ్ళే గొప్ప అనుకుంటారు.
రెండు వ్యవస్థలు కలిసి ప్రజల సమస్యలు తీర్చెందెకు కృషి చేయాలి..
