The comments are right. People are acting like it was her fault the show was centered around her, when the show was based around her character. She didn't steal the spotlight, she just had the main part. It's literally written in a script. She wasn't some mean b*tch who wanted to make people suffer, unlike Lea Michelle. I don't like that she was bullied because y'all figured a character was problematic.

The lyrics feel so personal that if you've been following her story since Victorious, you can easily tell it's about the issues she's been in and how she drowns with herself with it ultimately blaming herself for her career's downfall and how all the lies overwhelmed her keeping her up at night, but now she feels like she needs to treat herself better this time because she knows she deserves better than how she was treated all these years.

She even brought awareness to what girls deal with in third world countries with her song "Girl Up" and the Girl Up Campaign since her mother is from Puerto Rico. If you don't know what the Girl Up campaign was, I recommend you look into it. It was a wonderful thing she did.
