Great choices with the Ledaig and Cairdeas. Cant fault those at all. The Dark Oak Lot 40 I have was from original release over 2 years ago, I wonder if that is a new batch. For the bourbon, I highly recommend you searching out a Boulder Spirits Bourbon. Made with as far as I know, the highest Malted Barley content in Bourbon at 44%. I often refer to it as a single malt lovers bourbon.
