When we think of Pixar movies, we typically think of wonderful stories that tug at our heart strongs. Stories that teach us something about humanity and make us feel all sorts of emotions… Whether it’s happiness, laughter or uncontrollable sadness…
But let’s not gloss over the fact that Pixar also has its fair share of deaths and killing… I suppose it makes sense given the fact that the studio hasn’t shied away from more mature topics in its storytelling. A few things that you forgot
- In Finding Nemo, we also see a skeleton of a fish that one of the shart ate
- In The Incredibles, you forgot to mention soldiers who died fighting the Omnidroid. We see a few tansk being crushed by the machine, but no soldiers ever getting out from them. And later, we see a helicopter crushing into a building.
- In Inside Out, a lot of the imaginery boyfriends fall into the forgotten land while Joy uses them to get to the Control Centre.
- Since you count off-screen deaths, Doc Hudson's death mentioned in Cars 2 should also be counted. Also, since we are on this topic, a few character names that you mentioned are fake fanmade names, and not an official names, Nick Gremlin and Paul Trunkov are made up names by the fans, and not official names confirmed by Disney.
- Also, since you count corpses, there are numerous corpses in Brave and Onward, that you did not include in this video. In Brave, those are the corpses of people killed by Mordue, and in Onward, there are corpses in the dungeon.
- You didn't mention Charles Muntz from Up neither, but it was already noted before.

The deaths are one of the many reasons why i love Pixar, because whether it's the death of a protagonist or antagonist a good character death is a good character death.
I doubt Randall died. He just came back In kingdom hearts 3, and he said he was almost Turned into a Wallet

I can think of one more death in Finding Nemo. When Marlin and Dory are with the sharks, the one shark mentions he misplaced his friend, and spits out a fish skeleton for a few moments before he slurps it back up.

Yeah but keep in mind 3/4 of that are unborn babies we only get to see for 10s. Indeed a very dark scene but less overwhelming than if it were spread out.

I'm almost curious what the numbers would be if every dead character in coco and soul would be counted, as there is probably thousands in coco and at least hundreds in soul. But that is probably a near impossible thing to figure out. And brave has another count that's not really able to be figured out because an entire kingdom or at least its armies and princes were killed by Mor'du when he transforms into a bear
About that, i think it would be so many deaths, that Pixar would be shut down by their parent studio Disney if they ever watched this video with all deaths, and as much as i hate Disney, i don't really want Pixar to be shut down, because of all memes and surprisingly good movies they made and will continue to make. Disney might be trying to hide the majority of the deaths, or keep it to a few characters, but Pixar just goes all in and just said let's do it, let's kill more characters than we really should. We know our movies are made for kids, but let's horrify their parents and make the kids be weary when they grow up

The number of deaths in 'Coco' alone would have probably broke the kill count.
Two things;
1. In the Toy Story 2 segment, while there was no death in the actual movie, at the very beginning of the same movie, Rex was playing a Buzz Lightyear movie, of which it ended with the game's version of Buzz getting killed by Zurg. I'm not entirely sure that counts as a death, but I think it should be an honorable mention.
2. In the Incredibles section, during the Stratogale section, while it is true that her cape got caught in a jet turbine, part of me thinks that there should be another honorable mention involving the people who were on that plane. After all, considering that when Syndrome died the same way Stratogale died, and that Syndrome's jet exploded when that happened, I think that the people in that plane would've died as well. On-Screen there were at least 3 people that can be sees through the windows, and almost every plane has a pilot and co-pilot, plus at least 3-5 stewardess, I think it's safe to say that, at minimum, 10 people were killed when Stratogale's cape got caught in the jet turbine.
Actually, Gusteau did die on screen, of a heartbreak, due to enduring an insulting review from France’s top food critic, Anton Ego.
However, you’re not wrong about Linguini’s mother, Renata, dying off-screen, though, as she was only mentioned twice by both Horst (during Linguini’s first scene appearance) and Skinner (during his first meeting with his lawyer, Talon Labarthe, about Gusteau being Linguini’s biological father).
As for AUTO, he was actually just shut down and possibly permanently disabled by Captain B. McCrea.
As for another small correction, they forgot to put Charles Muntz himself on the list. For AUTO you’re right that turning off isn’t the same as killing, but at the same time we assume he will never be activated again. The fate of Randall is also a bit fuzzy, I don’t believe Pixar intended to kill off the character.
@@michaelvanhout7614 I already commented the “Charles Muntz” part, but yes, AUTO may probably not be activated ever again. As for Randall, yes, that is a bit fuzzy, because he is just banned by Sully, Mike, and Boo, but he could possibly be exterminated while being stuck in the human world.

10:08 you should have counted Ernesto's first death and skipped this one as the bell crushing him while he's in the Land of the Dead did not kill him but badly injured him, the only way to die in the Land of the Dead is to be completely forgotten, like Chicharon, so Ernesto will not die because he is infamous
When it comes to WALL-E, I'm pretty sure that due to the time the Axiom was in space and the time Shelby Forthight, the CEO of Buy-n-Large, sent AUTO the message to not return to Earth, it's almost certain that Forthight is dead.
Plus that it's said the the capacity and starting number for the axiom is 600,000 according to all aboard the axiom and of course they all died

If you think about it, Cars 2 is a real messed up movie. Turn the cars into humans and it becomes very gruesome, especially the villain plot which would translate to boiling people's blood until they explode. Not to mention the guy that falls off the oil rig would hit the water and then his various body parts would float to the surface. And don't forget Leland Turbo.

Peter Soun confirmed that Thunderclap didn’t really die. Also, the canceled Monsters Inc. sequel revealed that Randal didn’t die and he was going to have a redemption arc.
Randall is confirmed to have survived the beating with the shovel, in Monsters Inc: Laugh Factory. Meanwhile, Muntz was supposed to have died in the end of Up.

it's still crazy that, even without the eggs in finding nemo and the 48 WALL-E's there is still over 100 deaths of unique characters, I didn't thought there was so many tbh
I just realized that there were two untold deaths in the Incredibles, for example: When Dash fell down and grabbed a vine after fighting the pilot who crashed into a cliff, he yelled in excitement which alert the nearby guards in search for him. With that Dash keep running and as he ran, he jumped on a tree and landed but when the tree moved up, one of the pilot crashed into it while the first pilot behind him sliced the tree with his blade, not long after that he lost control of his vehicle and crashed in the ground, though his crashing vehicle was right behind Dash, thankfully he avoided the vehicle in time before it blew up, killing the second pilot in the process. And this was before Dash was able to run on water.
P.C: The true total death count number for the Incredibles would be 443.
In Toy Story 3, there is one implied death. During the conversation between Woody and Chatter, a broken toy train is sent through the garbage chute. That train never comes back, so I can safely assume that poor toy is destroyed in the incinerator if not left rotting on a pile of junk forever.
FINALLY someone knows that the baby problem in Up is a miscarriage, not a fertility problem. It seemed like a bad idea to me to decorate a nursery, buy a cot, everything else before you knew if you even could have a child, or, if you were planning to adopt one, it the nearest orphanage had any children available, much less of one that age. And I understood all this when I was freaking eleven years old.

Welcome to the kill count where we tally up the victims in all of our favorite wholesome family movies! I’m James A. Janisse and today we are looking at A Bug’s Life, released in 1996 by Pixar. Now I’ve been wondering what it would be like to cover a kill count on a kids film and thought I might have some time to put some out. I know this is dumb and that this isn’t really something I’d find myself doing but I’ve just been thinking to myself how cool that would be so for a few weeks, we’re starting something new on my other channel and plan on counting down Disney Pixar films every Sunday while still bringing actual horror film kill counts for the ones who want some of the real carnage and terror. Now I am skipping Toy Story because the only real death we see in the whole film is Combat Carl, and like I said in the Jaws the Revenge kill count, I don’t wanna be covering 1-kill horror films on the kill count, yall.

First of all, I didn’t delete it, RUclips blocked it. I do not regret my decision as I still strongly hate you for being an ass though I will admit it was immature. Secondly, it’s not fucking copied, it’s inspired. I clearly stated on his comment that I wanted to make a full-fledged version of it instead. It was my mistake that I didn’t credit him for the intro but that doesn’t give you the right to try and roast me like a fucking stupid little kid

Taking into account I don't see you counting Charles Muntz (definitely dead) and Ernesto again (we saw him die twice in the movie) the kill count is 597.
