Thank you I'm about to tackle this project even though it shouldn't have to be done since it's only been used a couple times... think I'm going to use the little Dielectric grease around them hopefully it'll keep them from sticking again

I soaked my check valves for about 6 hours in lubricant, took a small screwdriver and spun them around and now it magically works again. Same issue, no pressure.

I've been trying to removr mine but even the plastic seatings are stuck and can't get them out. How could I do it without damaging stuff?

What was it doing before you replaced the check valves? No pressure at all? A little pressure? Thanks

Little to no pressure. It was like super weak.

OK I GOT ONE JUST LIKE THIS I PULLED THE OLD VALVES OUT BUT IT LOOKS LIKE THE SEAT IN THE VALVE BODY STAYS IN THE VALVE BODY AND THE BOTTOM OF THE VALVE IS A ROUNDED DOME THAT MATES WITH THE SEAT. THE NEW VALVES HAVE A FLAT WASHER BOTTON WITH A RUBBER ORING ABOVE THAT FLANGE TO KEEP IT SEATED IN THE VALVE BODY. MY QUESTION IS DO YOU REMOVE THE PLASTIC SEAT THAT IS BIULT INTO THE VALVE DODY WHEN REPLACING THE CHECK VALVES OR DO YOU REMOVE THEM. YOU NEVER SHOWED THE VALVE BODY AFTER YOU REMOVED THE VALVE SO IM NOT SURE WHAT TO LOOK FOR THANX

I got these but I can't get the oring into the barrel without hammering and breaking the white plastic. It appears there is also a ring that sits in the barrel. I can't remove that. What do I do to get the new check valves to seat deep inside the barrel without hammering and breaking them??!@@GrayHairedDad

Thanks for watching the video. After replacing the check valve my pressure washer worked for about two years but it's now having the same issue again. I recently replaced the pump with a Triplex plunger pump and made a video. I will post the video soon.

How did you put the check valve back in?

Did you figure this out? I got mine out with a pick. However, I can't put in the new ones without hammering them in and breaking the white plastic. I lubicrated everything really well, too, and definitely got the right check valves. They're just too damn tight.
