I just watched this video because my controller would disconnect from my Xbox but the logo on the controller would still be on so hopefully this works😊
Edit: it didn’t fix the problem

Thanks so much, my controller was able onyl to turn on my xbox but not turning off or any other command, after this it worked!

I just updated my Xbox x controller cause the arrows was not working probably On the main menu it was automatically going on and on on the screen annoying. Hope it is solved now and I turned off the Xbox and unplugged the feeding cable so should be good now. (There should also be a reset button behind the controller but I don't see it on xbox x series)
