Maybe you're under a cover, try and go out to the open field. Sometimes, reception of signals from the satellites is affected when you're not in the open.
If this is not the case, try restarting the app or uninstall and reinstall.
Any of these should help.

Why is Minna 08 preferable to Mina 96?

@@dirane55 yes, since it's your location/region. You should however still check for more recent "years" like after the '96.
The accuracy is between 1 meter which is 3.281 in us feet so the position is not that accurate
