Fun fact: The Bowler Hat Guy was originally supposed to be a more evil and serious villain, but when John Lassiter took charge of Disney and read the script, he told the production crew to make him a more comedic yet sympathetic villain and have him a partner to balance him out.

Todayland is the closest to ever get to Frutiger Aero comes to life in a Disney film. The clean environment combined with bubbly cityscape is the future that everyone promised for.
Since Lewis/Cornelius changed Goob's future by waking him up, My headcanon is that those two still kept in touch after they were adopted. Because Lewis and Goob were more than just roommates they were kinda like brothers.

People actually do leave babies outside orphanages, but most places actually have "baby boxes" to leave the babies in overnight instead of just leaving them on the stoop. You put the baby in the box, and then rotate it so that the box is locked and gets replaced with a new one or something (not completely sure about the mechanics of the thing). That way the babies can't be stolen, but unfortunately they're still locked in a cold metal box overnight. It's basically a mailbox but for newborns.
My uncle was adopted, and had been left in one of those at an orphanage run by nuns when he was a few days old, which is why I know about it

The villain had no right to have such a depressing backstory-
I find the ending of his story surprisingly emotional. He finally decides to let go of his hate and keep moving forward, only for the timeline to change so technically he doesn't exist anymore

The pettiness of The Bowler Hat Guy's revenge plan just screams Dr Doofensmirtz. Both have so much anger but the execution always ends up being so hilariously harmless. The best example I have is when he made a whale translator to mock the recipe of a macaroni salad. You just can't get more petty than mocking the macaroni recipe of a hwhale!

funny story for how I watched this movie. I was probably 7, once I was watching an animated movie on the tv that had dinosaurs and stutf but wasnt able to watch it entirely, so one day me and my grandpa went to buy the dvd of that movie, and then I thought that this movie was the one I was watching so we bought it. It wasnt the one I wanted, but was definetly better than the one I wanted

I was legitimately left in a public park, under a tree and brought to an orphanage. My sister was found on a bridge. This isn’t always the case, but we were adopted from China in the 90s and that was during the one child policy.
Other adopted children are brought to orphanages or even placed directly in the hands of adoptive parents by an agency or sometimes the biological parents.
The Robertson's and Robots were underrated movies! Love them both. Used to have these at a gym daycare I was volunteering at and would always play them for the kids lolol
Dear god the peanut allergy scene in this movie scared me so much as a kid, that I rarely rewatched the movie for a few years, and even when I do, I looked away or closed my eyes. It’s a shame because I love the movie outside of that, and I eventually got over that when I became a teen. This was the same thing I didn’t like about Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs.

When this movie first came out, I didn't like the designs so I passed on it. When I did watch it, I was amazed at how entertaining it is. And it had a really good message behind it. Just love it.
