Oram wasn’t underrated at all. He was very highly thought of by the opposition and by kiwis. His innings against Australia in Perth in 2007 is one of the greatest knocks you’ll ever see. He was a bloody good all rounder.
@@nahyanrajput3588 after 2008 cricket became all about batsmen. The competition between bowlers and batsmen disappeared. Back then watching sixes were treat to eyes as it was hard to hit them now even a miss hit goes for six.

250 was decent.. but 280 was a really big score back in 2000's I've watched so many matches were 240-250 were defended... today cricket's gotten high scoring 300 seems pretty chasable nowadays
