Rings could be bad, valves may not be seating properly. Doing a wet test will help determine that. If the compression is higher during a wet test then yes you probably have bad piston rings. If the test comes back pretty much the same then you probably have a issues with the valves not seating and fully closing. These B20's have a issues with burning valves, the "rocker arm" will get tight unlike all other B series engines where they get loose.
If the engine was cold, these numbers are kind of okay, but that number 2 cylinder is a little low. The biggest thing is to not have more than 10% difference between highest and lowest. You can expect much higher (160-190 psi) if the engine is at operating temp when the check is performed.
At this point the V has been sitting for about 2 years. I'm going to pull the engine and rebuild it. I think it's got a burnt valve and it leaks oil from everywhere.
If they are all under spec any ideas what that may be other than the over all engine rings are bad. I should probably do a wet test.

Just did my sons 1997 crv b20 it was 183-192 across all four. 225k on the car.
I guess mine are on the low side.
3:10 pulling fuel injector plugs
My 98 crv has 200,000 miles and 3 cylinders are at 100psi and 1 is at 30psi.
could be blown head gasket, valves are not closing completely or piston ring is done....
I got 3 at 140 and 1 at 60. Burned exhaust valve for me.
Well that makes me feel a little better. Mine are at about 110-120.
