Noticed some issues with my mic filter, I'll work on that, nothing major. Don't forget 6/18/24 @7 CST is our recap/tierlist LIVESTREAM! Looking forward to seeing you there!

It's a totally, normal, healthy obsession with Lost. I swear.

It’s not like any of us flew to Hawaii during S6 filming, hunted down various active filming locations, and maybe someone had to stop their friend from actually going to an actor’s trailer because I was worried they’d get arrested…not at all!

There's no such thing as an unhealthy obsession with LOST

The only thing better than a Lost season finale, is a Lost season premiere.

28:22 Never underestimate any flashbacks. They're never just filling time. Those aren't montages. They're flashbacks. Safest way i can say that.

Everybody except Kate took their backpacks off before they started running around and Kate's didn't actually have any dynamite in it.
As to the distance the raft had traveled, I assume Michael was just guessing they were traveling at a couple of knots. There wasn't much wind so that's a reasonable assumption. If they had been out there for 8 hours, that's about 16 miles.
"Everyone wants me to be the leader until I make a decision they don't like" Always loved that line.
Why did Locke light it? Because you can't tell Locke what to do! 😆
I'll definitely try and make the live stream.

As a LOST fan I never thought i would enjoy watching someone point out all the faults and weirdness of this show like this guy does. So many questions I haven't even thought about asking, funny as well!

You made it man! It's been great watching your journey so far. I ALWAYS hate the gunpowder not being wiped from his eye so your reaction had me rolling. It's going to be impossible to not see the numbers everywhere now, in the show and life haha. And nah, that ending montage was just a sort of full circle look how far they've come moment. Like after all they've been through by the end of season one, one last glimpse at how they all started as strangers, and I think it's a beautiful way to end the season (like if the show was cancelled, at least there was a nice little bow closing chapter 1 lol). Also, be glad you didn't have to wait a whole year after that cliffhanger! haha

Each season kinda crosses a threshold. Diving a little deeper, which cranks up the intensity. A little more each season. 🤗 (my fave is 4 and 5. Most wonderful mind-f*cks. ☺️)
22:57 Locke was not hearing it... he was like "hell no were opening this thing now! Hush Hurley." Kaboom! 🤣 He'd went thru too much crap to NOT get that hatch open.
Ps. Danielle was absolutely correct... they were coming for the boy. She just assumed it was the baby boy. But they were coming for Walt.

The way my heart DROPPED first hearing him say “we’re gonna have to take the boy” and you realize they’re not saved…. Still gives me chills many rewatches later!!

The hole came from the black smoke moving into the ground. As for them running with the dynamite.. Jack and Locke put their backpacks down before they ran. Kate ran with it on her back. Good Jack didn't trust her to carry it.

The convos between Locke and Jack are priceless. Some of the most rewatchable scenes in the show, for me. ❤ So much learning inside those. Much to do with what you were saying. Acceptance is a huge thing. For our growth and for our peace.
16:37 Wow. What you said about the shame that Locke probably felt here. You nailed it! How humiliated he must've felt being toted into the plane as a grown man. And it was def a horrible NEW thing for him. 😔 Precisely because he wasn't used to feeling like a "cripple". That poor man.

Their conversations are like the opening questions of a college Philosophy course... which reminds me just how many books have been written about this 1 magical show. I must have at least a dozen.....that doesn't even include the Gary Troupe book. Who is Gary Troupe? Stay tuned you might just find out

Only mid-way thru but wanted to comment... IMO, those Jack-Locke scenes are some of the best (and most meaningful/important) in the show. Great reaction so far... not sure if I can make the lifestream. Are you able to post it to your channel? If not, maybe a quick summary? Would love to see your character tier list. 😉

The distance of the horizon depends on how far above sea level you are. At 100 feet above sea level the horizon is around 11 to 12 miles away. The eye level of these men standing on a raft floating on the sea are 5 - 6 feet above sea level. Horizon is about 3 miles at best.

Now that you made it through season one, welcome to the party. Its a fun show and asks more questions before it gives you answers, be patient my Bearded internet friend. Just enjoy the ride and watch the characters develop .Every question only leads to another question.

Unsure how many of the #'s you saw in Hurley's flashback since it's edited, but some I didn't see explicitly show are his room & flloor #, the guy in the chair wearing a 'Crazy Eight's' hat, and the girl's sports team, with jerseys showing all the #'s.

If you haven't made your final decision yet, The Bear is a great show. Short eps and easy to binge. Plus season 3 is right around the corner. I've just started watching Mr. Robot. Really good, albeit quite dark at times. My2cents. Looking forward to the recap and Season 2! 🌴😎🌺

Aaron actually means "mouthpiece" or " mouthpiece of God". Moses could not handle public speaking. His brother Aaron always did the speaking for him. Which was quite a bit.

7PM Central will be 2AM for me. So I will sleep. 🥱😴
Locke has been a problem ever since he discovered the hatch. Before that he was friendly, now he's obsessed.
Nice appearance for the kiss. But you were talking about your grandma just before. I hope it wasn't her. 🤣
