And now we're going to try something a little bit different. We're going to make a bacon taco shell. Now, it's a little expansion on the bacon weave. I'm going to show you how we accomplish this. Let's try it. We're going to lay out our bacon, like so, and we want to keep the weave really tight and really together because this taco shell depends on it. Okay?
Okay. Now that we have our woven bacon, what we're going to do to mimic the shape of a tortilla is first roll it on to this piece of foil, and we're going to do this so that it will maintain its shape. Press down just a little, and roll, and roll, and roll. Now, what we're also going to do, we have our foil and we have our cookie sheet, and we also have our baking grate. There you have your woven bacon taco shell. Let's pop this in the oven at 400 hundred for, let's say, 10 to 15 minutes, and let's see how this comes out.
This is pretty good, it's maintained its shape. So, what we have here is a rounded bacon taco shell. Any topping you can think of would go perfect with this taco shell.
