Such an interesting and powerful woman. I clicked on this video without knowing what I'm going to see, and it was like reading a good book :) Thanks!
A wonderful interview! Seane is a wonderfully supportive teacher! I love her classes!!
Seane , I am really grateful to your video of the flow vid.. It saved my life at that time..i am so similar to your personality. Always too shy .. I'm so happy to hear this from you. 🙏 ty!
Such a wise and conscious soul. WE are so grateful for her to be a face in the Yoga world. Namaste Seane.
Deeply moving, fascinating perspective. Struck deep to the core. THANK YOU for your honesty and sharing the TRUTH Seane. How dare I not... How dare I not indeed.
And thank you to the interviewer and crew behind the scenes for publishing this piece.
Attended your awesome class at Wanderlust, Lake Tahoe in 2015. I had just listened to book "Blessed Unrest" by Paul Hawkin on the way to Lake Tahoe. Your class was like you had also just read the book and infused the highlights into yoga ... it was amazing and very powerful, driving that information from my head into my heart and body! Thank you so much! You are such an inspiration!
Amazing interview/conversation! Loved it! Seane heals and inspires with her authenticity and yoga.
This is simple and beautiful. Thank you!
wow, one of the most inspiring videos ever, thank you for making it. thank you seane corn, you are truly inspiring, accessible, and motivating.
For what it might be worth, I wanted to tell the two of you that I stumbled on to this conversation by entering "integrity" in the search. Jsyk-😉 This was precisely what I needed to hear right now; four years after this talk you're still having an impact!
I am pleasantly surprised. Way to go Seane. Om Shanti.
great interview! really appreciate her openness and viewpoint
A wonderful interview! Keep it up, thank you! :D
at 17:12, Seane talks about Bryan Kest who coined the term 'Power Yoga'. His Power Yoga series, available on RUclips, which Seane stars in, are the best yoga classes I've ever done, so good that I've repeated them several thousand times over a couple of decades.
I love Sean’s corn yoga it’s very spiritual
I was fortunate enough to have attended Brian Kest's classes @ Power Yoga & then Seane's first classes @ YogaWorks on Main Street in Santa Monica. The nascent Yoga scene was thriving there, along with Sacred Movement in Venice (now exhale),, where I also took classes with Erich Schiffman, Shiva Rea, Saul David Raye, Hala Khouri & a host of others. oh, & Ana Forrest on Montana!!! unbelievably great time to live in Santa Monica!
To this day though, Seane is my go-to teacher - I've got most of her DVDs for home practice, as I've moved from So to No CA. Her no nonsense approach & beautifully articulate teaching skills are vital to maintaining a calm deactivated mind while focusing on & realigning one's asanas, then taking them & oneself to the next level. That Seane, Hala Khouri & Suzanne Sterling have taken their practice Beyond the Mat & Into the World is a real inspiration & keeps it all real. Thank you, Seane, for being such a mensch & mentor!
My favourite duo
Love your yoga very spiritual
I
story is great don't agree with celeb status yoga teachers.. you are not a yogi if you are aiming for the celeb status
min 25:25 nice BRONCOS jacket pop ;)
Very good presentation of her life story, $600 investment her parents made is really smart investment which made a real difference in her life from where she was in N.Y. and where she is now.
