So many people say this is bad in retrospect but as someone who learns more about animation all the time, i can see and appreciate the work that was done to make this. Not to mention the songs are catchy enough to stay in my head for 20 years. Boom shaka laka.

The story of the very beginning of this movie is what inspired me to see how Hercules came to be.

I used to really love this film as a kid, used to confuse me a bit though, not knowing of the greek mythology or television series or Xena, only the Disney film then this. Same with that old Rudolph animated movie. Yet later on I could accept the differences in Spider-Man and TMNT from their movie counterparts just fine. Kids are strange, lol.

Lol Xena's shoulders are really broad, and her legs and hips are skinny...Lucy's got bigger hips/legs and skinnier shoulders...They made her look like Hercules here :P Still, the characters all look pretty good.

I enjoy the part where after the song the one siren thats red her ears or fin ears whatever go down cutely when she feels the ground and ocean shake.
