  • A little Demo Reel showing off various CineMorph (Anamorphic-Looks) Filters on a variety of lenses and cameras:
    Red Komodo with Nikkor Ai-s 35mm f1.4
Kinefinity Mavo LF with Sigma 18-35mm f1.8 (in S35 Mode)
    Sony F35 with Nikkor 17-55mm f2.8
    BMPCC-OG with Sigma 18-35mm f1.8
The CineMorph filters were mainly LensBack/Rear Decal-CineMorph Filters and an internal Modification filter installed on the Nikkor 17-55mm f2.8 near the aperture point.
Lens warping and some edge-blur/softening were quickly & easily added in Davinci Resolve to mimic even more anamorphic optical characteristics.
    Filters available at www.vid-atlant...

Wow, wouldn’t have thought anything could beat the F35, but wow, the Kinefinity + Sigma 18-35 is AMAZING for skin tones. Were you using any other filters in front of the lens with the CineMorph Sigma + Kinefinity MAVO LF combo?

Man, that looks genuinely nice, especially with the added distortion in post. Really well done. I'm probably going to be shooting a short film with the Sigma EF 18-35mm f/1.8 and the Canon RF 50mm f/1.8 STM, and I know you guys offer a rear filter specifically for the Sigma... was curious if you have a recommended product for at least attempting to rear filter the RF 50mm STM. I'm not necessarily worried about getting the flares, just wanting the stretched bokeh in both lenses.

Thanks for watching! In this video we used a Nikon 18-35, so the CineMorph Mod filter didn't work on that lens - instead, we used the CineMorph DeCal-LensBack Filters that work on a variety of lenses, not just zooms or Sigmas. It sounds like that's perfect for experimenting with your setup. www.vid-atlantic.com/products/lensback-filter

Thank you! Maybe we need to tag it differently, I don't know? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
