Gorgeous watch. Anyone who loves these mechanical marvels should get a Lange quickly before the Rolex and Journe folks who can't get a watch stampede into the brand and ruin it.
@@captain6368 JLC, Glashutte Original, Zenith, Bulgari. The first three can be had at huge discounts pre-owned. Heck, you could do worse than a Rolex Cellini Prince if you like that model (I do).
absolute stunner.. but, i can not overlook that the screws on the dial are not perfectly aligned.. "once you´ve seen it, you can not unsee it anymore" moment
This pre-owned one is 119k, but yeah. If I were ever in the position where spend that much on a watch, this would be a contender. It's gorgeous and doesn't busy up the dial with a bunch of other complications. It doesn't need to.
@@AGWatchesAndGear Sadly, ALS, like several other makers of truely fine watches don't do the marketing that keeps their name widely known like Rolex and Patek. 60% of MSRP or even less isn't uncommon for pre-owned. Even Omega falls into that and nobody living in reality would say they were a lesser watch than Rolex.
Power Weserve. Enjoy your videos but if only you could speed it down... I usually find watch videos relaxing but here feel stressed and hurried. RUclips doesn't charge you for extra minutes (yet).

I agree, is there another brand besides Journe and Lange that you would also look at (excluding Patek) for a haute horology non-sports watch?

This is perfection in every aspect. Except for the price. 200k. No bueno. Me no like
WTF
Really 200k?

Why have rolex or seiko never made a watch like this, they are not the best in the world?
It's different class, Rolex is for middle class, even gold Rolexs. Lange is for aristocracy, if you have Lange, you are in the club.
Rolex doesn't make tourbillon. The closest is Rolex Label Noir but that's not official. Funny is Omega has a tourbillon collection but Rolex doesn't.
Rolex is supposed to be a tool watch
For seiko, if you mean GS, stop it that is funny
I think the "E" at the end of "Lange" _is_ pronounced: "langEH".
You must be speaking American

topnotch

Wawaweewa. very nice. i like.

I'll never understand 3/4 plate tbh
There is not much underneath it. And Lange makes the best striping by far.
It's about stability for the parts and uniformity. Wished that more movements were exposed too though
