Bro, you're a bit behind the times. The 7800 XT is midrange to current-gen standards. The RTX 3060 is a budget card nowadays. The 4060 you could argue is on the lower end of midrange but, honestly, I consider that to be a current-gen 1080p card.
Remember that when the 6700 XT came out, the MSRP was $479 and was considered midrange at the time. The 7700 XT and 7800 XT are in that same category for this generation.
