This may be actually not a bad idea. I play since about one year, and I have a few really good six stars that I don´t use. Limiting yourself with the pulls can be a really good way to manage your ressources. With limited operators (and the knowledge about their abilities) you can put your ressources in a more effective way. There are a few very good welfare operators, like Kroos the Keen Glint. And even the four stars can be pretty useful. And not to forget: You will get some five and six starts from recruitment- I have Hoshiguma from recruitment.
Wish you luck with top op and senior op tags then since that will be basically your only way of getting good ops other than the very occasional good welfare release. You can do it! :)
From starting an alt, i surprised myself with how much progress can be made grinding out stages with the originite > sanity, instead of saving them for skins as i have always done on my main.

Imo i would've just reroll the entire account (like keep deleting+creating accounts) until i get a decent newbie pull (like maybe thorns/silverash + blaze/mountain/saria). But thorns would be the MVP for this challenge definitely 😆
