A Pilgrimage to Chartres cathedral in France from West Africa!
The RIAAPE 2024 poster read, Under the spiritual authority of Monsignor PHILIPPE CHRISTORY Bishop of Chartres, with The Fraternity of Our Lady of the Divine Flame (NOBAFLADI). This happened on Saturday 13 April of 2024 in Chartres, France at the ancient Gothic cathedral. It was an International Gathering, primarily from Africa and more specifically West Indies Pilgrims of Jesus, Yeshua our Elohim and Saviour. This was from the Fraternité Notre Dame de la Flamme Divine in Côte d’Ivoire or as many know it, the Ivory Coast along the beautiful west coast of Africa.
The General theme was as quoted, "From now on all ages will call me blessed.” How lovely is that!
Seeing that many call the Pilgrimage to Chartres a journey representing not only in spirit but also in the statues, stained glass and carvings within the cathedral, made this chance encounter, one of a kind. Thank you God.
I was filming within the Catholic Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Chartres, close to the entrance, when I starting hearing a procession getting close and closer from outside of the huge arched doorway above the western rose. Figuring it was students, for this was a student-town, I did not think twice about it, till the crowd got closer and closer and was at a certain stage right at the entrance to this famous church just outside of Paris. It was not your normal procession, this was one from Africa and the singing and praising was clear this was not your everyday mass or church service that was about to start!
Their program included a Prayer Walk, Rosary, Fraternal Sharing, Great Marian Praise, Teaching, Confession, and a Mass.

In this video we see the group entering the cathedral with a group carrying a statue that they took inside. Chartres in France is always worth the visit. But this was an experience beyond what a tour guide can provide - the heavenly Jerusalem on earth!
