From ETCMC I know that they just voted and approved a Strategic Emissions Reduction and Reward Reconfiguration agreement to create scarcity, so they will reduce rewards by 50% every 500 new nodes onboarded. It can be reversed in the same way if the number of nodes drop by 500. Also, their ETCPOW token will get officially listed on MEXC on March 1st, 2024. That might cause some impact in the price.

Hey there, no, you'll need to buy a license for each type of miner but yes, you can run them all on the same pc!
what about after the setup? I have a recycled miner from fry. There is no program to start, so I am wondering if it needs me to click on anything to start the mining. I just set it up today. Please let me know. Thanks

For every device you buy, do they all have to have different IP’s? Or just the miners? I want to stack up a couple miners and unreleased nodes but to VPN every single device is a letdown.
That's only for bandwidth miners, no need for VPN on the others ;)

Where is this data going?
The ETCMC minimum requirements for a node are: 8GB RAM (16GB would be better), Processor 4 cores and 4 threads, 500 GB SSD. Personally though, I have found the node works pretty well with a 240GB SSD.

Great video. Just set up one of my etcpow miners and was able to use my phone to buy licence but can't seem to verify it with my phone. Any suggestions on how you can import an existing Pera wallet into chrome? Seems to be pretty complicated. Let me know please

After a byod miner is setup and registered is there a waiting period before verifying it or does it follow right after?
Verification is still in troubleshooting. You will get the unverified rewards plus multipliers (1.5x early bird until October + 2x if Fry is below $.01)
I’ve been running the byob bandwidth miner for 3 days and haven’t received any deposits of fry.
So how do I start the fry bandwith software after installation? I registered the miner but in my dashboard is shows 0 miners when I try to register it.
It takes 48 to 72h to register, start up the software and let it run 24/7!

Yes! You can have for example 1 BYOD Indoor satellite miner and 1 BYOD Bandwidth miner in the same device, but there are restrictions for kind of miner per household or internet service. For example, you can only have 1 bandwidth miner per Internet public IP and up to 5 indoor SAT miners per household (same GPS location) all info can be found in the Frys webapage

Fry is selling some data, for example the Bandwidth miner for VPN usage. Not sure if they are selling all the data from their miners or are still looking for customers interested in buying.

Fry doesnt say how much BYOD licenses earn on their website, the amount of coins they say are only for the miners that they sell directly.
All BYOD license cost the same, they earn different amounts depending on the kind you set up, but as much as the physical equipment they sell!

BYOD licence earns half of rewards of a miner bought from frys website.
Right now since the verification process is still not available all miners earn unverified rewards.
Also since $FRY is bellow 0.01 USD there is a multiplier of 108 FRY for rewards.
Right now an indoor satellite miner bought from frys will earn 165.72 $FRY (unverified rewards) + 108$FRY = 273.72 $FRY/day
A indoor sattelite miner with BYOD license will earn half of 165.72 $FRY + 108 $FRY = 190.86 $FRY
