What a happy, playful and catchy tune this is. I was trying to find the right words to classify it, but I'm not sure I can, southern country jazzy blues? What ever it is it's really good!
Her live performances with her band are as perfect as you can get. Perfect pitch, I have never heard her miss a note. Maybe that only Beyoncé has more Grammies.
45 nominations, 28 Grammy awards. Only 4 behind Beyoncé although Alison does have the most awards in country music. Her voice is definitely heaven sent.
Seen her a couple times and they put on a great show every time. Loved it when she joined Heart for their song These Dreams at Night at Sky Church. There is a video on utube of that performance.
I love Alison Krauss and her band Union Station, please check her album now that I've found you a collection every song on the album is brilliant, she plays the fiddle, her band plays guitar mandarin banjo and a type of base I can't remember the name of, love your video's
This is a cover of a Little Feat song. Their original version is a little more raucous. My favorite of hers is also a cover. The Foundations, "baby, now that I've found you". If you haven't done it already, it's worth a listen. Maybe even a dual listen of the Foundations and her version.
Asia, I watched you singing Fairy Tale in the short you posted and it was sooooo beautiful! It was nice to hear more than a verse or two that we hear at the beginning of your vids. Are there any videos of you singing with a group or anything recorded that we can purchase? You really should be a recording artist
You don't know Alison...with her band, Union Station, they were modern bluegrass and their instrumentals are well known. You want acoustic, they are it.
Oh Atlanta ]:P That's where Lovebites will perform their first American event ]:P ProgPower USA September 6 2024 (Tickets go on sale October 21 2023) can't wait Have you seen the new The Warning Evolve live at MTA? 2 bands here many are sleeping on Lovebites (Japan) and The Warning (Mexico)
@brianbrekke9500 Actually, it's two different songs. Bill Payne wrote the Little Feat version and recorded it in 1974. The other version was written by Mick Ralphs of Bad Company and was recorded in 1979. I think.
I’ve seen her 3 times in concert. Have every cd/cassette/album she’s ever made. Pure angelic. She could sing me the phone book.
Saw her at Carnegie Hall one night. Definitely a highlight.
She sings to your soul....
“Jacob’s Dream”. It will tear your heart out.
High level performance.
Became routine for this ensemble .
Thanks for dippin into their amazing inventory .
I’ve never heard her sing this, and I loved it. Thank you both so much. ❤
I adore Alison Krauss. She is what the angels sound like. I'm glad y'all listened to this. So twangy. Especially in that upper range.

yes she is saying Jawja in southern slang/ Georgia.
Yes, back to Georgia! Love some Alison!! ❤
She's an exceptional fiddle player.
Saw her do this in a small club before she cut the album. Place went berserk.
Love her voice
I saw her with Robert Plant in Taos in June!! Twas awesome!
I saw her with Union Station a few times, last time in Indy about 20 years ago.

Live is better!
Love! I've never heard this! I've only heard the bluegrass. Maybe the best song I've heard her sing. ❤
She is more than Bluegrass
A real Southern Belle with the voice of an Angel...
Hell Yeah Y'all
Union Station is the band i believe.
But she was born in Decatur, Illinois. 🙂
Seen her a couple times and they put on a great show every time. Loved it when she joined Heart for their song These Dreams at Night at Sky Church. There is a video on utube of that performance.

This is actually a cover of Bad Company. Same title different song. From their 1979 album Desolation Angels

This is a Bad Company tune written by Mick Ralphs.
You don't know Alison...with her band, Union Station, they were modern bluegrass and their instrumentals are well known. You want acoustic, they are it.
Alison Krauss "Ghost In This House"...TRUST ME on this one!!
She tours with Robert plant, the singer for LED ZEPPELIN 🎸 check it out good stuff
Their first album gave them 7 awards each...
You can also hear her playing the fiddle on this too.
THAT HAT!!! 👌🏼👌🏼
She’s saying Georgia 😊
Bad Company, baby!
Love this song
Listen to “Let Me Touch You For A While” you won’t be disappointed ❤
BJ sportin' his Atlanta Falcons hat...clever.
Excellent choice
Who would have thought you could take a Bad Company rock song and turn it into bluegrass heaven.
Actually, it's a Little Feat song but Bad Company has the best version.
Little Feat sang Whoa, Atlanta. Different song.
@@yourebusted5786 Totally different song. This was written by Mick Ralphs.
Great song / reaction. I would love to see your reaction to Let Me Touch You For Awhile by Allison.
A true song bird.
Thats what she's saying

Originally performed by Bad company
She does a great cover of "Catfish John" with the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band.
I'd love to hear her cover more Little Feat songs.
Little feat covered this song too.

Yes georgia
Georgia
Please listen to new song,, the day you... " by Diana Ankudinova
Could you react to Angelina Jordan, the song Diamond
Correct me if I’m wrong but only Quincy Jones has won more grammys than Alison Krause.
Allison has 27 and Beyonce has 28.
yes, gorge Ga aaaa She got a weird tongue thing...
It's a Bad Co. song
Do that one
It's way better
I have no idea what she is saying. It sounds like "Georgia June" to me. What ever that means ...
Bad Company did it better............
Hardly
ABSOLUTELY
