Watch our other videos on the channel to see more of the place. In this video we will show you around the amenities area of the condo. There is a nice swimming pool on the roof. Also work out room walking track and more. Very scenic view of Metro Manila Cubao Quezon City Antipolo Philippines Islands. The rent is only PHP 18,000 pesos which is about $327.00 dollars per month. Very affordable and nice with security guards. And the rent includes the building association fees. Right next to two trainst the MRT and the LRT2 so you don't even need a car and you can get practically anywhere you need to go quickly on the trains. Great for expats and retirees. The building is Eurotowers Vivaldi Residences, and in the same building is Eurotel which is a nice hotel as well.

The fires are often garbage piles or crop rotation....They burn to clear the fields also carbon.

I wish but usually it is a fire started in someone's house or business that quickly spreads because the houses are usually adjoining the property line there is really not much of a yard or open space usually. They seem to have no zoning setback or anything like it. In Manila there is practically no farming at all. The farming would be done in the rural areas but not Manila.

City looks epic bro, thanks for sharing. Have you been to Bangkok? If so, how do they compare?

You are welcome. We haven't been to Bangkok yet but but when I came here I had an onward ticket to Bangkok, but I didn't use that. It is cheaper to get a throw away ticket to Bangkok than to get a round trip ticket. Because you have to have one or the other when you arrive. But I will have to leave the Philippines after 3 years to renew my visa, so at that time I will plan to go to Bangkok for a while, so I haven't been there yet but seems really good prices on housing as well. The main difference is that Thailand is Buddhist, but Philippines is Catholic, and everyone here speaks English, so Phillipines culture is more similar to Europe or America than other Asian countries.

It might be actually, I saw a new condo in Bangkok that was only about $100.00 per month on a video. I didn't go to Thailand because they speak English in Philippines and I only speak English.
