    Hi Daniel, the difference I noticed in your recent videos vs.your older ones is that in your older ones, you always included what muscles were getting worked out and what bodily changes these movements would result in. And after almost 2 years I see you touching upon those points in this video. I would really appreciate if Kelly can include these pointers in all her videos. That's one thing that used to keep me motivated and make me understand why I am doing that particular movement which really helps. Other than that have always loved FB workouts. You guys are incredible!!!

    wow so many ranges of motion i never use, i'm going to be really sore tomorrow. please do more upper body workouts! i feel like those are the workouts you tend to upload less videos for but they're always so good!

    I would love to see a "what we eat in a day" video, I feel like it would give me an idea of what I should I eat and how much.
    I'm currently trying to eat more, after eating up to 1,000 calories a day, but it's really hard :/

    Looks great! I love the new moves. The url in the calorie counter is a little distracting, but I guess that's because it's new. Nice video! Will pair this with my trap and lat work!

    I don't have a weight bench and leaning on furniture wasn't an option but I had a physio ball. I pushed it up against the wall for stability and it worked perfectly!

    Great workout options. I do these weekly, also with clients and friends The key is form. There are also good band exercises for shoulders/triceps and more. :) nice video!

    YES, A TABATA STYLE UPPER BODY STRENGTH workout!! Im always looking for a timed interval structure for strength training because counting reps gets tedious for me. Im so glad you uploaded this!! Thank you

    Please can you suggest the right workouts for the following:
    1. Five minutes tabatha that I can squeeze in my morning routine.
    2. 20 minutes max for weight training that will help me define my muscles.
    3. Also for 1st month I am looking more basic and then go for advanced style as I have never worked out before so will like to build my stamina gradually.

    I'd like to purchase an adjustable dumbbell set from PowerBlock, but they only deliver inside the US. Do you have an idea how to purchase them, if you live in Europe?

      Hi Anouk! I live in Switzerland but had mine delivered to Germany (EU regulations making it a bit easier.) I purchased my PowerBlock set on Amazon from a German seller. If you try Amazon.de it should be simple! Side note: I am really happy with the weights, and so is my less cluttered work out area! :)

      ***** I was well aware that there's no such thing as a male only workout because I am more than familiar with fitnessblender workouts. However, yesterday I read some misinformation about how women shouldn't do certain workouts and I wanted to make sure it was a lie. There's no need to get your panties in a bunch and call someone dumb :)
