My question is once you find out what size bead you have how do you know how big of a thread can fit in the hole? How do you find out the size of the hole in the seed bead?
INVALUABLE!!!!!❤❤❤❤ I inherited an absolute MENAGERIE of beads!!!! One of those hip tall, 3 draw plastic bins. Yep, CHOCK FULL of seed beads! And every single one DECANTED...all in secondary thingys. So yeah! I was 🤯 til now! THANK YOU! AND I just placed an order with yall! 😁
I know exactly what your talking about! my mom left behind thousands upon thousands of beads. All in different baggies and containers. I can't stand disorganization so I'm on a mission size and color. Then create haha😂
Thank- you so much! I have tons of seed beads and other beads that I got many, many years ago, plus ones I got from my sister and wasn’t sure of their size. This will be so helpful! Again, thank-you so much!😁
Aaah. Wonderful. I need to measure bigger beads and I have no idea what size they . How do I measure them with a ruler to determine what size they are ?
Hi , this is such a great help , i had no idea what size all my beads were . Is the chart that you showed not available anymore ? The link does not work .
Very helpful! I want to add beads to my homemade design but do not know what size to pick up at my local craft store. Sense I have 25ct fabric, I will need the 15/0 bead. Awesome! Thanks!

Great video! Do you sell that nifty chart? I can measure my beads with my sewing guage (although I'm still buying your beaders ruler), but that doesn't help me identify what type of seed beads I have.
Thank you for all the info and your time in making these videos! Love the necklace, simple but elegant!! Is there a tutorial, pattern, list of supplies for it?

I always thought that if you line a seed bead up in a row with the hole facing up (not the way it would be lined up on a thread), if you can fit 11 in an inch, it is an 11/0 seat bead.
Hello there! There is a tool called an Electronic Digital Caliper that is good for measuring beads! potomacbeads.com/electronic-digital-caliper-measurement-tool#attr=1079
Well in that case, beside the size I now need the place they come from AND THE BRAND NAME???? SO in other words people doesn't really matter. You will have to guess. Lol she plugging!

Can you tell me if a 12/0 is the same as 2mm?
Yes, they are around 1.9mm

Does this work?
@@vickyrushton1783 , I tested it out before I commented, lol
@@jennifernelson9664 There is too much variability in sizing across brands to use this method.
How do you measure a bicone please
